[YUUVA / CP Elections] Declarations of Intent

There is no Congress election this month for India so I figured I would get an extra early start on the next competition... CP election.



Yuuva will, for a second time, use a primary selection process to choose its CP candidate for the upcoming month. You can read all about the system here. However, the important date to remember for now is the following: deadline to be included in the primary poll is the 27th!

Then starting on the 27th and for 72 hrs, Yuuva members in good standing will receive a chance to vote and have their voices heard.

The winner of the poll will be announced no later than the 1st.



I would like to take this opportunity to officially announce my intentions to run for CP of India. As some of you know, I have started talking to some individuals to gauge interest and whether a run would be a good idea at this time.

I'm confident I can bring a lot of positives to the position even though the next little while will be a very trying time for India.

Obviously, any new Government will have to work hard to ensure that the wipe of India is a short term event rather than a long term reality.

Any new Government will have to continue to cultivate and promote friendships with our current and new allies. Strength will come from good alliances.

India will have to see, long term, if they can adapt strategies to close the influence gap between itself and her neighbors. This is a tricky subject that pits fear (PTO) with hope (B😎 but one which I hope to have the chance to explore over the coming days and weeks.
