Dear Citizens:

Two days left for the elections and here is my programme,it's going to be my last campaign article to respect in some way the "Election Silence"/Blackout period and to allow the people read,compare and choose it's favourite candidate and programme.As all my campaign,this article is not made for parties,it's made for the citizens,in this whole period of pre-election I didn't ask any party to support my candidacy as in the CP elections you don't or at least should not vote just for a party but as I said before for a programme,to finish with this little introduction,I want to thank all the people that have collaborated with me in this campaign and the United Front for this great support and trust in me even known that I'm the clear "Underdog",I've been working hard to do my best and not let you down.

I won't present a communist or a totally socialist candidacy for one main reason,the CPF won clearly the elections for the congress and I understand by the moment canada don't want to introduce "radical changes" in our community.Anyway I want to propose some social programmes as you will find in the "Home affairs" part.



Foreign Affairs.

A country with no allies is a wiped country,we have wonderful allies that can help us in any situation and I think we should strengthen our relations with LETO,Asteria and Pro-Asteria countries.I want Canada to be a strong country,but not just in the battlefields also in the political structure of this eWorld.I want our voice to be heard and taken in count in the decisions of our allies and in the interior alliance organization chart.

About the war with the UK,It's just a non-sense keep fighting if we are losing,In that case I will negotiate a NAP if the war continue in this way as I won't risk our congress elections.On the other side,if we recover ourselves and fight hard there will be no reason to stop the war.If we are not able to fight against the UK and the war ends,I propose to hold a training war with some of our allies,in that way we won't risk our congress and our citizens will be able to gain TP,FFs...



Home Affairs.

I want our new players to be strong and that's why I want to create a new project,the "National Health&Care Programme",similar to the current programme "Guns N' Buns",the National Health&Care Programme will be carried by the new ministry of Health,Care&Social Development.Another project to be done,is the "National Development Assistance of Canada",that consist in giving money to the citizens(that fulfill some requirememts) to upgrade their companies and training camps,this money should be returned to the government in a determined period of time never longer than a month.

Also,the Ministry of Education will continue working hard to inform our citizens not just about the game mechanics but also about the eWorld reality,alliances,how the eWorld is going etc.The Ministry of Community will also be a needed ministry,I want to make some tournaments or contests to bring to our society that thing that is always needed to make an active community.
About taxes,depends if the war with the UK continues or stops as well as the social programmes costs,I think in the first week we can start the discusiion about the taxes increase or decrease and in the second week a decision should be taken in relation to this topic.



Cabinet

I won't present a cabinet basically because I don't use to do it,I think it's a bit foolish to present a cabinet if you are not the CP yet,anyway I have all the ministries and ministers already in my mind so that won't be a problem.

Planned Ministries: Ministry of Foreign affairs,Ministry of Community,Ministry of Education,Ministry of Defence,Ministry of Health,Care and Social Development,Ministry of Finances,Ministry of Immigration,Ministry of Communicationn and Information,and then the Prime Minister and a new advisor position,the National Councillor.
