As YCN stated in last issue, China and Pakistan would raise a big war in Asia since China attacked Kashmir. The President of China and Dio proclaimed their determination on fighting one after another. However, the mobilization order of China was canceled soon, that implied the situation might be changed somehow. According to YCN's observation, there seems to be an agreement of peace between the two countries now.

Now, except personal comments and medias, we can not find any official articles about the war in both countries. However, it must attract our eyes to the battle in Northern India. Northern India is originally one region of India. It was conquered by Pakistan for more than one week, and then was taken by China during the long war between China and Pakistan. Now, after Pakistan approved China as her new Natural Enemy, Northern India was attacked by Pakistan again. There is something interesting in the army orders of both countries. In Civilian Defence Orders of Pakistan, the battle priority of this area is the Top One. But in Chinese Daily Orders of Sinodefence, China adjusted the battle priority to the Last One. Did these imply China would give Northern India and other regions to Pakistan as New Year Gifts?

Due to the effect of Natural Enemy module, every country fights her neighbor countries more than others far away. A regional alliance will be more effective and more helpful than a alliacne extending to the whole eWorld (such as Phoenix, EDEN). That's why there are many regional alliance budding.

區域性的聯盟將比跨越全球的聯盟(如Phoenix、EDEN)來得有效率也有幫助。
這就是為什麼接下來將有許多區域性的聯盟萌生。

Now, rumors or suggestions about new alliances are noted everyday. For example, The Slavic Union, ONE Alliance, PAN-AM Alliance, PAN-CN Alliance, BIA Alliance, and so on. You would see that there are several countries listing in more than one alliance. That also means all these alliances are still under structure.
