[vCP] Hastily thrown together competition

To celebrate the launch of this brand new vCP newspaper, and because it's just occured to me that is easier to do this now than later, I've decided to throw together a simple publicity stunt giveaway.

All you have to do is subscribe to this newspaper (post your subscription number in the comments) and endorse this article.

In a few days time I'll enter everyone who subscribes and endorses into a random draw. The winner will receive all the endorsement cash and whatever other goodies I can scrounge from government (or anyone who wants to donate a prize - give me a shout if you do).
