Seems like everyone is a world runner right about now.

So yesterday something cool happened. I suddenly jumped to # 6 in national rankings:
~ Pretty weird. I'm usually much farther back; sometimes not even # 6 in my party.
~ Why did that happen? We got some folks who move around a lot.
~ I guess us kids become bigshots when the adults are out, yeah?

So it seems some other folks also seem to like moving aroun😛
~ Renago, a Strength 21 Field Marshal.
~ Chief, a Strength 24 Field Marshal.
~ UgoRaffaele, a Strength 23 Field Marshal.
There are some others, but these three provide a good enough example for now.

So what's the point? Why are they here?
~ Some folks like to buy real estate before the value goes up.
~ I suppose there are some good opportunities available right now?

So I think we should drive the property value up to discourage them:
~ At the least we can make it much more expensive for them.
So how does that work? Simple. Let's consult the War Tutorial.
1. Starting a resistance war costs Gold = 50 + 25% of the population in the region.
2. Region defense points = (Defending Region Population * 100) * (1 + Defense System Q / 10)
Seems like some pretty simple math to me.



Nothing fancy here, just another simple offer.
