You may have recently seen cool avatars like this:

or this

These awesome avatars are the symbol of the US military and its corresponding awesomeness. However besides cool new avatars, the US military also has some amazing news. We are actively recruiting.
One common complaint is that the US military does not take enough new players or does not have room for everyone. This is partially true, we cant hold the 3500-5000 eUS players. However the US military is ALWAYS recruiting. Now is a very exciting time as a number of branches are expanding. This means we have extra spots besides the usual spots created by trimming inactive soldiers. Not sure which branch is right for you?

Training Corps:
Fresh off a reorganization effort post WW III. The Training corps is always looking for new players looking to get involved in our military. With a recently added Combat Division the training corps is not just a place to learn. These soldiers are the future of the US Military. There are no requirements besides activity and a willingness to learn.

Application

Home Guar😛
A mix of stay home soldiers and regular troops. The Home guard (despite its name) see's a lot of action away from home. A good place for those not sure about joining the US military, the home guard is a great first step. They are always looking for active and excited soldiers, and there is a lot of room for promotion to officer ranks.

Strength: 4+
Rank: None (TC grad or a good referral)
Activity: Moderate
Application

Mobile Infantry:
One of the four mobile branches of the US military. The Mobile Infantry have earned fame from Central Greece to Liaoning. Few can match these soldiers in their dedication and activity. Often boasting the highest IRC and deployment activity. The Mobile Infantry destroys our enemies with sheer numbers and energy. The Mobile Infantry is a great place for those interested in being an active and mobile soldier, without the high strength and rank requirements of the other branches.

Strength: 7+
Rank: Captain
Activity: High
Application: Contact Beerman616

Army:
The old standby of the US military. The Army has existed for as long as most can remember. Currently the Army is undergoing changes to increase its numbers by 50%. Furthermore the Army is the strongest US branch in terms of damage. With the addition of two new divisions the Army needs troops ready to serve. The army has churned out some of the best soldiers ever to serve in the US military including current CO NXNW and current VP Piginzen.

Strength: 9+
Rank Captain (and referral from a previous branch)
Activity: High

Application

Airborne:
The counterpoint to the Marines, the AB is an elite shock unit that deploys for every conflict. The Airborne eagle strikes fear in our enemies. The Airborne is always ready to face our opponents on every battlefield. An interesting note about the AB is that every US President from Harrison Richardson on has served in the AB.

Strength: 11+
Rank: Colonel+
Activity: Very high, no two clickers

Application

Marine Corps:
The Marines are a brotherhood of some of the strongest soldiers in the eUS and the eWorld. They are the first and most frequent to deploy and take those brick walls down in no-time. Feared by enemies and loved by allies. If you think you are made of what it takes to be a Marine, pray to Dio that you will be granted admission to this society of bloodthirsty warmongers - it will be the best thing that ever happened to you in your whole eLife.

Strength: 16+
Rank: General+
Activity: Very High. This is no place for 2-clickers. You need to check eRep and this forum for orders several times a day and you need to be flexible and able to deploy on short notice. Furthermore IRC activity is highly encouraged.
Application

So there you are, there is a spot for everyone in the US military. There is no magic way to get accepted. Remember that the US military is one of the largest eRep organizations. We get hundreds of applications daily. It will take some time to process you. If you have not heard after a week feel free to contact me and I'll see what I can do. The US military changed my elife, let it change yours as well!
