[UKGOV] MoFA - Update on Recent Affairs, plus Death to Canada

Greetings UK and allies

Time for a little Foreign Affairs update.

Canada has, of recent, declared war upon the United Kingdom. We at the MoFA believe this is a terrible mistake on the part of Canada and look forward to long-term occupying you nation. Our first act of business once we have possession of your land will be to outlaw Maple Syrup, except for pancakes, and dump loads of your stocks into the sea.


The Drink of our foes

Canada believes they can beat us, but I think they want a replay of last January! I recall whooping them with the assistance of Spain!

In other news, France has been mostly freed from our control in order to allow Poland the pleasure of long term occupation. We have arranged with them that France will not get Congress this month, which is a glorious thing and is perfect vengeance for their insolence last month. We welcome Poland’s occupation of France with open arms.

Norway has also been occupied by the United Kingdom in order to use their money to rebuild our treasury. Our colonies are being restored to our control.

Around the world, Serbia has moved into southern France in order to restore them to 10/10 bonuses and Slovenia has restored control over their empire in Northern Italy and Switzerland. Hungary has re-occupied Ukraine and so the centre of TWO is stable and secure. Over in the Pacific, our allies Australia and New Zeleand remained locked in war with Chile. They have had long-term occupations so it is unclear if they can remain freed for a long time, however we will do what we can to assist our ACT brothers.

Finally, I would like to welcome all people to the UK’s shores. We have a regular 3/5 bonus for weapons so we can ignore a lot of that determination problems that plague empires. So come to the UK for stable bonuses and a welcoming community!
