[TUP] The Unity Food Programme Is Changing (How about some free food?)

Times they are a changing!
The Unity Food Programme has been providing discounted food to many people so far and is a non-profit organisation.
We have been looking at production rates, demand, cost of food, etc. and have decided that it’s now time to change our model. The incoming rule change which stops players donating until level 12 has also encouraged us to change things as some of our most needy citizens would be unable to apply for food under the current system.
So, rather than offering reduced rate food to all qualifying citizens, we will increase demand by offering free Q3 food. Obviously we can’t keep the initiative going without raising some money, so in order to do this, we will sell a percentage on the open market for a reasonable price. This will help stop any profiteering in the marketplace by doing our bit to keep prices reasonable and will give us the money to keep the company stocked with grain and salaries paid. We will monitor the costs and amend percentages of what is sold and what is given away accordingly. At current prices/costs, we will be selling approx 70% and giving away approx 30%. This may not last forever so why not apply today if you meet the following criteria:

Simply apply to this org to receive free food. We’ll start by giving 3 units per. applicant and see how it goes. Once you've run out, just apply again for some more (as long as you still meet the criteria).

So you think it's really bad of us to give free food to people Lon Kirk? SDP members have benefited from this scheme. I don't see SDP offering free food to TUP members. If you're gonna troll, troll in the right places.
