TÜRKİYE - RUSYA, KUZEY KAFKASYA BÖLGESİ TOPRAK KİRALAMA ANLAŞMASI - 19/09/2011

1. Rusya 1 ay süreyle North Caucasus Bölgesini Türkiye’ye kiralamayı kabul etmektedir.

2. Antlaşma bedeli olan 200 gold, en geç 21 Eylül 2011 tarihinde Rusya'ya gönderilecektir. Eğer bu tarihten önce ödeme yapılmazsa, antlaşma iptal olacaktır.

3. Türkiye’nin North Caucasus bölgesini almasını takiben bölgede açılabilecek muhtemel isyanlarda, Rus Hükümeti kendi savaş gruplarının bu isyanda savaşmaması için çalışacaktır. İsyanların bastırılmasından Türk Hükümeti sorumludur.

4. Kira antlaşması 19 Eylül 2011'de başlar ve 19 Ekim 2011'de biter.

5. 19 Ekim 2011 tarihinden önce iki devlet anlaşırsa eğer, bölgenin kirası 1 ay daha uzatılabilir. Eğer anlaşma sağlanamazsa Türkiye 19 Ekim 2011’de bölgeyi geri vermek zorundadır.

6. Antlaşma devam ettiği sürece iki taraf da birbirine savaş açmayacaktır.

7. Bu antlaşma hükümetlerin onayından sonra Rus ve Türk kamuoyuna makale yoluyla ilan edilecektir.

Turkey - Russia, Land-leasing Treaty on North Caucasus Region - 19/09/2011

1. Russia agrees to rent North Caucasus Region to Turkey for a duration of a month.

2. Monetary component of this agreement is 200 gold, which will be transferred to the Russia latest on September 21th, 2011. If the payment is not done before this date, treaty is dissolved.

3. From the day Turkey occupies North Caucasus to the day this contract expires, Russian government will try her best to stop Russian fighter groups to come and fight in any RW’s in North Caucasus region, but suppression of RWs in North Caucasus region is responsibility of the Turkish army.

4. The lease starts in September 19th, 2011 and ends in October 19th, 2011.

5. This lease agreement can be extended for an additional month just before October 19th, if both countries agree to do so. If not, Turkey is obliged to return the Russian region by October 19th 2011.

6. Neither of the countries will declare war to each other as long as this land-leasing treaty remains in effect.

7. This treaty will be announced to the both Russian and Turkish people by their respective governments via two articles as soon as the agreement is ratified.
