First and most important thing need to be understood is, fully functioning army of 20 is way better than unfunctioning army of 100.
Even tho influence(not the battle's one, the global-official one) of a country do messures at numbers, it does not mean 100 people can actually do better than 100 because unless all these 100's potential is used it is a waste of time and a big headache.

What we should do?
Probably restart the army, again, but change the ideas and basics of the army.

Facts:
1) We don't need a big army.(in the condition we are at atm)
2) A soldier is counted a soldier ONLY if he is deployable, otherwise he is not more than a national guard in the best case.
3) Soldiers must have supplies.
4) Army must have budget.
5) Army must have full organization, communication, obedience, knowledge is needed.
6) Army must have Strong leaders.
7) If army's actions are not noticeable both in PR and in field it is useless.

I don't think making it again will damage us anyhow because right now we have nothing.
What we should do really, is extract only the active and deployable soldiers from the army before we rebuild it, so they won't be punished or feel like quiting the army for good.(mass pm will be involved)
And before we do all that, we need to think how we want to see our army, what we want it to be, and how to actually do it, including getting the needed budget.

All that, will be way more smart than creating a third MPP since protection- it won't give us.

~Taxes~
Israel is a small country, means we have small workforce, means no matter what we will always have a sort of weak economy.
How are taxes should look like?
Being cheaper is the key for a better economy. Why?
It means more products can be consumed overall, means people's wealth can be better, means people from outside may come to purchase things, means we can export for convinient prices, and even more.

If we want cheaper prices what would be the key for it?
Low taxes for IMPORT and VAT:
Import-> Prices of RM will have more competition hence lower prices which allow cheaper products.
VAT-> Keeping low VAT means cheaper products again because final price is lower.

-Import should stand between 1%-9%.
The reason is because if we put the import any higher prices will be higher as well, and local companies as always take advantage of it.
If we have more RM on market local companies will actually have to compete against outsiders.
Going toward the 5% we will have a BIT of protection on local companies, allowing them to compete outsiders a bit and enoucrage local making/purchasing of companies eventually to develop the economy.

-Vat should stand between 1%-9%
The gov need to make some money after all, for variety of reasons, so some taxes will go to gov after all.
Having it low means anyone who sell here anything will sell it relatively cheap, so that will give people the will to sell here.


It seems like many people afraid from low import prices, I say without any good reason.
Think about it: Do you really see in the near future tons of companies from abroad exporting here thier goods completley killing the local market? HELL NO why would they!!!
-First of all exporting here isn't so great if you ask me, people simply do not have the money to buy all the products tons of companies will be able to offer.
-Second, when someone buys export to any country, he is not making a charity donation, he WANTS TO EARN MONEY, means if food cost here 1.5 he won't sell it for 1.
-Third, Even if someone did sell something that cost here 1.5 for 1 in our market, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE? our local prices CAN'T BE THAT UNREASONABLE compated to the world's prices.

I could keep giving you tons of examples of why low taxes aren't so bad as you would think, but thats the main reasons.

Keep in mind gov do need some taxes, so keeping everything one 1 will be stupid, but having like 5% will be good, income can be even 15%.

Facts:
Workers who get 8.5 NIS can afford 7 food that cost like 1.2 NIS.
Workers who get 10 NIS cannot afford 7 food that cost 1.5 NIS.

הדבר הראשון והכי חשוב שצריך להבין זה, שצבא מתפקד של 20 יותר טוב בהרבה מצבא לא מתפקד של 100.
גם אם ההשפעה בתחום העולמי של מדינה כן נמדדת במספרים, זה לא אומר ש100 אנשים יכולים בטוח להיות טובים יותר מ20 בגלל שאלא אם כן הפוטנציאל של ה100 האלה ממומש, זה בזבוז של זמן וכאב ראש גדול.

מה עלינו לעשות?
סביר להניח שנצטרך לארגן את הצבא מחדש -שוב-, אבל הפעם נצטרך לבסס את הצבא על עקרונות חדשים.

כמה עובדות:
1.אין לנו צבא גדול.
2.חייל נחשב חייל אך ורק אם הוא נייד, אחרת הוא לא יותר משומר לאומי, במקרה הטוב.
3.חיילים חייבים אספקה.
4.לצבא חייב להיות תקציב.
5.לצבא צריך להיות ארגון מסודר ומלא של המבוסס על תקשורת שוטפת וצייתנות.
6.לצבא חייבים להיות מנהיגים חזקים.
7.אם פעילות הצבא לא מורגשת בציבור, אזי הוא חסר תועלת בתחום.

אינני חושב שלעשות את זה שוב ייפגע בנו, מפני שכרגע.. טוב כרגע אין לנו כלום.
מה שאנחנו צריכים לעשות, זה לחלץ את כל החיילים הפעילים והחיילים הניידים מהצבא לפני שאנו מארגנים אותו מחדש, כך שלא "יוענשו" או "יידפקו" בהמשך.

אך לפני הכל צריך לתכנן-איך אנחנו מעוניינים לראות את הצבא שלנו? מה הוא תאכלס יעשה, ומה יהיה התקציב הדרוש לשם כך.

אם אנחנו רוצים עלויות נמוכות יותר, מה אנו צריכים לעשות?
מסים נמוכים על ייבוא ומע"מ:
ייבוא-מחירי חומרי הגלם יהיו נמוכים יותר ותיווצר תחרות, מה שיוביל למוצרים בעלות נמוכה.
מע"מ-שמירה על מע"מ נמוך משמעה מוצרים בעלות נמוכה יותר מפני שהעלות הסופית למוצר נמוכה יותר.

-מיסי הייבוא צריכים לעמוד על סך של אחוז עד תשעה אחוזים,
מפני שאם המס יהיה גבוה יותר, חברות מחו"ל לא יגיעו לכאן והחברות המקומיות ישתלטו על הכל.
שמירה על 5% בייבוא תיתן לחברות המקומיות מעט הגנה, כך שיתאפשר להן עדיין לשחק מעט עם המחיר, וזה יעודד השקעה בחברות בישראל.


נראה שאנשים פוחדים ממיסי ייבוא נמוכים,ואני אומר-תחשבו על זה: האם אתם באמת רוצים לראות בעתיד הקרוב המון חברות מחו"ל הורגות את השוק המקומי? בחיים לא!
-ראשית כל זה לא כ"כ נהדר להתבסס פה אם תשאלו אותי, מפני שאנשים פשוט לא יכולים לקנות כמויות עצומות כאלו של מוצרים.
-שנית, כשמישהו קונה רישיון ייצוא למדינה כלשהי הוא לא מעוניין לתרום למדינה-הוא מעוניין להרוויח כסף, אז אם האוכל יעלה 1.5 הוא לא יימכור אותו ב-1.
-ודבר אחרון-גם אם מישהו באמת מוכר כאן ב-1 ש"ח כשהמחיר הוא 1.5 אצל כולם, אז מה לעזעזל קורה במקום הזה? המחירים שלנו לא יכולים להיות כאלו לא הגיוניים בהשוואה לשאר העולם.



זכרו שהממשלה צריכה כמות מסוימת של מסים, לכן לשמור על כל המסים על 1% יהיה דבר טפשי לעשותו, אבל 5% למשל-לא כאלו נוראים. ייבוא יכול להיות אפילו על 15%.

עובדות:
עובדים שמקבלים 8.5 ש"ח משכורת יכולים להרשות לעצמם 7 יחידות אוכל במחיר 1.2.
עובדים שמקבלים 10 ש"ח משכורת לא יכולים להרשות לעצמם 7 יחידות אוכל במחיר 1.5.
