Finally, the forums that will help finish these unproductive fights.
Before we start populating it I wanted to explain everyone about it, as much as possible, so we can start it well and not change it again and complain about it again.

Q: We had 20 forums by now, I'm getting sick from it, please god why again? Each time there are new forums there are less members and it is ruining things.
A: I can't agree more, this is why we must once and for all create something that will last forever and not temporary thing until the next president decided we need to change it again.

Q: What you bring us that will change anything from what it used to be until now, how is that special?
A: The forum we just made located in my own server, a storage space and monthly bandwidth that are not limited (relatively to our use you could say) to anyone's demands.
We have full control of its content, we can change it whenever we'd like to, and we can back it up and restore it in other servers or in this server if something goes on, it is more secured, more upgraded, and more interactive than the crap I have seen until now.

Q: So if the server is yours and you decided to just go inactive or anything, or there is bug need to be fixed, or any apocalyptic issue, we are screwed!
A: No, not even close. My msn, Facebook, even phone number are things many of our people already have and can achieve easily anytime of the day, any day.
So even if the server crushes or something happened, access can be granted in 5 seconds to anyone and thus the fix will be quick.

Q: You are Israeli, does that mean the forum will be in Hebrew and we will have to just wonder around like zombies without the ability to actually have fun in it and be like everyone else?
A: Don't be silly! The default language of the forum is Hebrew. But, right from the second you register to it, you decide what the default language for your own user will be, and from that point won't have any issue with language.
If you find it too difficult to do we might consider making the English as default, shouldn't matter too much.

Q: So since you made it you will probably decide on your own who will be admin, and do whatever you want?
A: No, continue to read a bit more and see how the "admins" system will go from now on.

~Admins~
First of I would like to say there probably won't many admins.
By definition admins of forum can modify it completely, change its looks, its settings, its everything, so we only need one or two of those, who are 100% trusted by EVERYONE, who are veteran enough in Israel, who are active and loyal, and can be reached all time.
So basically admin will just set-up the forums for the need of the country, regardless of his opinion about the changes.


~Global Mods~
GMs are the "admins" of the content inside the forum, modifying threads and posts for any of varied reasons. This people must be fully trusted as well, veteran in Israel and know the game well. Dual language is not a need by the way, but entire mods should possess the knowledge of both languages altogether.

How GMs and Admins will be chosen?
Anyone who wants to be GM or admin should write here along with his original comment, the following info:

I will collect all the info into one article, with poll in it, and the candidates will win only after they received enough votes AND carefully selected and accepted among people and the president.(Don't worry if tons of people elected you no one will really stop you from having the job)

I am going to put myself as an extra third admin for the forum for the sole reason I would like to monitor the progress and changes of the forum itself, and also can make sure things needed to be changed will be done more quickly.
Also when admin need to be removed it will be for the best if I do it myself to make sure everything is done legit and so on.

If anyone objects this idea, I would like to know it, and if enough people object it I will simply not participate as admin.

What happens when admins want or need to be changed?
First of all there is got to be a real good reason, like if the admin left the game/country, no longer active or done something wrong, or simply because it is time for someone else with agreement from the government and Knesset.

IFP program-IFPP (Israel's forum promotion program)
IFPP is program that will help to upgrade and improve our forums with means that need money, but for free!
How is that possible you might ask yourself? Very possible and legit, but I can't discuss about it in public.
So if you want to help in VERY EASY AND SHORT way to improve the forums and make them better PLEASE contact me, it will be very helpful and easy, and can add tons!
(Mostly for Americans/Brits/Canadians btw, but not only)

סוף סוף הפורומים מגיעים כדי לסיים את כל הקרבות הלא מועילים האלו.
לפני שנתחיל לאכלס ולתפעל את הפורום, אני רוצה להסביר לכולם על מערכת הפורום ומדיניות ההנהלה, כדי שבעתיד לא יתחילו וויכוחים מטופשים וחסרי תועלת בנושא הפורום.

ש: היו לנו 20 פורומים עד כה, כבר נמאס לי מזה-למה שוב? כל פורום חדש שנפתח רק מוריד מערכו והופך לפחות פעיל מקודמו!
ת: אני מסכים אתך במאה אחוז! עקב כך, אנחנו חייבים ליצור פורום אחיד, אחת ולתמיד-ולא עד הבחירות הבאות לנשיאות.

ש: מה אתה מביא לנו, שהופך את הפורום החדש לכ"כ מיוחד מקודמיו?
ת: הפורום החדש מאוחסן על סרבר פרטי שלי, ללא הגבלת אחסון או תעבורה-משמע שרת שלם עבור הפורום. יש לנו שליטה מלאה בתוכן הפורום, ונוכל לשנותו בכל עת.
נוסף על כך, אם משהו יקרה-תמיד אפשר לגבות את המסד ולשחזר אותו על סרבר אחר.
נוסף על כך הפורום החדש יותר מאובטח, יותר מאובזר ומשודרג והממשק שלו נוח הרבה יותר.


ש: אז אתה אומר שהסרבר עליו הפורום מאוחסן שלך-אז אם יום בהיר אחד תחליט להשבית את הפורום, או שהפורום ייקרוס מבאג כלשהו-נדפקנו!
ת: אפילו לא קרוב. להרבה אנשים מהמשחק יש את המסן שלי, הפלאפון שלי וגם את הפייסבוק שלי-כך שאפשר להשיג אותי בקלות ואין לי איך להתחמק.
נוסף על כך לא רק לי יש גישה לסרבר אלא גם לנועם (ווליום9192) והוא מבין עניין במערכות כמו אלו.
אם ישנה תקלה-הוא יסדר אותה

ש: אתה ישראלי, האם המשמעות היא שהפורום יבוסס רק על עברית ואנחנו נצטרך להסתובב כמו זומבים מסביב לאשכולות?
ת: אל תהיה טמבל! הפורום מבוסס גם על עברית וגם על אנגלית-ישנם עיצובים נפרדים לכל שפה!
תוכל להחליט באיזו שפה הפורום יהיה, ובנוגע לאשכולות-האשכולות ייכתבו גם בעברית וגם באנגלית.

ש: אז אתה עומד להיות דיקטטור בפורום ולהחליט מי ינהל אותו ולמי תהיה גישה לכל דבר?
ת: לא, המשך לקרוא עוד קצת והשכל בנוגע לאופן בחירת האדמינים.

קודם כל, ארצה לומר שאמעיט בבחירת אדמינים.
האדמינים הינם סופר-מנהלים עם גישה לניהול הקבוצות והפורומים, לשינוי עיצוב הפורום, בעלי גישה למסד הנתונים של השרת.
האדמינים הם אנשים שאפשר לסמוך עליהם ב-100%.
אז בקיצור, האדמינים צריכים לפקח על כל פעילות הפורומים והתחזוקה שלהם-חובה ידע מוקדם.

מ"ג הם האחראים על ניהול התוכן בפורום-אחראים על ניהול הפורומים והאשכולות, אחראים על דיווחים ו"אירועי משמעת", ואלו שחקנים עם ידיעת משחק רחבה.
