Hai. I am writing this today, partly angry, partly sad. I nearly completely lost everything I stood for today, as a member of the Radical Freethinkers Alliance.
Nearly.
Becuase, I was set back on the right track rather swiftly by busynurse1510. For a moment I was willing to silence one of my members, my colleagues and my friends, for the sake of one of the true politicians in this game. He got at me over and over again. He managed, for a few hours, to make me think I was driving the RFA down. Of course, TUP PP.

He's clever and he's very, very difficult to argue against. Here is the whole busynurse issue.
Busy wasn't happy with the government instruction to move to London, and has been openly telling people not to. This has caused senior figures within my own party to question me, and this obviously annoyed me. I sent an angry PM to him and I was wrong, and I apoligise. I do stand true that he has to stop telling people not to move to London. However, he should keep airing his view about the issue. Why? Because its his right at the RFA. Who am I to tell him he shouldnt air his opinion? We must co-operate but needn't agree!
And then, there's everyone's favourite nobodies.
The BEP
I wont say much about them. Basically, two of their members, one of them blanemcc saw sense and joined us last month. Now, apparently, I'm housing a spy and a thief. And even the PCP here, kinda prove my point. But have they given me evidence to suggest they are right? No.
And thats why, never again will I ever try to silence my friends. You dont get that anywhere else. I'm sorry.

One of the reasons I joined the RFA was not so much the Radical bit but very much the Freethinkers element. And there’s not much point of free thinking without the freedom of expression that gives it form for everyone else.
And how one gets to where they are is less important than the fact that they are now there and what they then do with the opportunity.
GG, stick with your convictions & instinct, they have rarely let you down before.

That is a very gracious article and it takes a big man to make a public apology like this. I think it shows why GGRyan was such a good choice as Party President and why we are trying to do something different as a party.
It is always easiest when faced with difficult decisions to go with whatever is politically expedient and reduces the personal pressure on you. It is much harder to defend others, particularly when you disagree with what they are saying. I think GGRYan is the embodiement of the old quote attributed to Voltaire:
"I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it"
