Greetings, people of eIsrael.
We are approaching the end of the term but that doesn't we are stopping, but the opposite, we are gearing up! I’m here today to give you all an update on what is being done all on sectors. Shall we begin?

Interior
Yes, we are there again. Once again due to lack of manpower and work ethic we found ourself with barley any new members, in addition to many dead citizens being deleted by the admins.
I can talk all day about how the Interior is critical to the state but I think that after countless times we have done so, we are already pass that stage. I will still urge you all to get on #ISR.MoI And pitch in for the effort, or else without it we will find ourself way too small to defend our regions. Soon enough before we know it baby boom’s will be useless as the gap for the new players to fill in would be too high. I would also like to announce that we have a new Minister of Interior- Hen.ISR . He and his crew will replace yuvy15(Who will still be in charge of the Department of Immigration, do not approve citizenships before speaking to him!) and Sasi_lol. I would like to remind you that the Translation Department, now led by OfirG, is UP AND RUNNING! USE IT!

Foreign Affairs
Our foreign affairs are running smoothly as always. Our ambassador program is up and running and selective people were sent to needed countries. Nothing much to update about after the main action as been done in the beginning of the month (Israel is EDEN!), if you wish you have anything to contribute to the office and speak a foreign language, be sure to check with Octavius Julius.

Economy
Gladly this term was a quiet one, and you can see so on our treasury. Finally this month the booster program has been put to action (more on that below) and supply forms are available for all eIsraeli fighters and citizens from the MoD and MoI. Don’t forget we have a new funding program meant for players who cant get back on their feet on themselves. If you think you should receive financial help, please contact Arik Aharon or a neria. Also in the next couple of days our first Financial Education articles will come out, teaching us all how to spend our gold wisely!




Defence

Lots to talk about in here!

First I would like to remind you all about this form, you should fill this if you need food to fight (Please only fill it if you really cant afford food for yourself so others can get food aswell). If on chat please get on #ISR.MoD where we coordinate attack and put out orders. If you are unable to get on chat please fight in the Campaign of The Day (The orange battle).
In addition,, I will act as the Minister of Defence till the end of the term instead of Sicarius.

Now, a few updates and announcements about the eIDF-

I am proud to present the new eIDF High Command, which has already been working around the clock in the last couple of days with splendid results. This new high command consists of John The Greek, Shoham13, G0DOFWAR(Now Po2deon), Matan9010, all being led by the marvelous former and now new Rav Aluf, Lieber7!

Neta12 has transferred from the Training division to the new Platoon commander of Lions of Judea along with fresh officer course graduat Lesandro, and instead of neta Sharon Nassi is the new head of the training division. Or David is now the new platoon commander of Mahatz instead of Shoham13, which will be the XO so he can dedicate himself to his new part in the High Command. Also fresh out of the new recent officer course is Yahel47 who is now an XO in Sapir. The new aluf of the Golani division is Matan9010. Also, eyalbaruch is a new officer in the Airborne divison.
Now, for a few more changes:

- Samson is now an official part of eIDF, in the Golani division. The legendary first hebrew squad will remain under the leadership of its commander, a neria.



- Israeli citizenship is now required to be a part of an eIsraeli unit. A soldier who doesn't pay taxes should not take the place and supplies of a soldier who does. Incase Israel is occupied, the orders are clear- Move to an EDEN country and wait for further instructions.


- Every sunday in 21:00 ISR time (11:00 erep) a divisional attack of Golani will be held at #eIDF, an orginized attack with supplies run by the Golani officers. Also, the platoon attacks are being returned, so be sure to check with your officers on that matter!

- A new logistics officer was chosen, in charge for the platoon’s documents, egov units , chat room’s etc.- Tom Kafir.

- Two new supplies officer has been chosen- Shoham13 and Lesandro. They will write down all of the current commune systems on the various platoons and will work on improving them. Also citizenship for 100% bonus countries will be granted for the required people. A person from each company will be elected to deal with the platoon’s supplies as well.


- A fresh reform on the Training Division is being put to use and the old eIDF tests are no more.
The divison will have its own MU to which future soldiers could apply and receive the rank of “Private”. They will be divided to 3 platoons with 15 soldiers in each one, and each platoon will have its own commander who will be in charge of passing all the required information about the country, military and the game to his soldiers, Basically transferring all of the data from the former used tests only in a more convenient fluent way. After losing some soldiers in the Training Division this change was required and it is expected to be very successful.


Now, for a few more general announcements and updates, that all of us would be happy to hear about!

Sayeret Matkal is back at it’s original commander and founder, Joe Franco! We would all like to thank John The Greek for his outstanding work and wish luck for joe.


Who dares, wins!

The long, long awaited Booster program has went on her way with 9 marvelous excelling soldiers. Next week’s booster program is reserved for 2 certain platoons on Golani (Mahatz and Viper!) and afterwards you would all receive a form to fill and be able to take part in the program. The emphasis that is put while choosing people for the program is the activity level of the soldier along with his financial status.

I am also very proud to announce on the founding of a new elite force in eIsrael, that is Shayetet 13. Based on the legendary Israeli navy commando squadron, the Shayetet will be the elite spearhead of eIsrael along with Sayeret Matkal, Basing on Strength, Discipline, and activity. Shayetet 13 will be a part of the Airborne Division which will have another new addition soon enough. If you are active on IRC, experienced in battles and can deal more than 1000 damage per hit, please get on #Shayetet-13 and talk to one of the officers.

I would like to say a few things about the upcoming elections. I will not tell you who to vote, but as your president I strongly ask you to think before you vote. Read the platforms, try and talk with the person on IRC or PM and ask him about his plans. vote with your mind, not with your stomach. We can all criticize the candidates and express our thoughts about them, but let’s do so in a respectful way while remembering that we are all on the same side here.

But if you will ask me who to vote for, ill just say that we all love to drink some good orange juice
in the morning. Nothing like a good cup of OJ.

אנחנו מתקרבים לסוף הקדנציה אבל זה ממש לא אומר שאנחנו מורידים הילוך. יש הרבה הפתחויות במשרדים השונים והגיע הזמן לעדכן אתכם לגביהם.

כן, אנחנו שם שוב. שוב פעם הודות למחסור בכוח אדם ומוסר עבודה מצאנו את עצמנו עם מספר קטן מאוד של נרשמים חדשים, בנוסף להרבה שחקנים מתים שנמחקו על ידי האדמינים. אני יכול להמשיך לקדוח לכם כל היום על כמה משרד הפנים קריטי למדינה אבל אני חושב שאחרי אינספור הפעמים שדיברנו על זה זה קצת מיותר.
אני כן מפציר בכם בכל זאת, תכנסו ל#ISR.MoI ותעזרו למאמץ, או לפני שתשימו לב נהיה מדינה קטנה מידי ולא נוכל להגן על עצמנו.
בקרוב כבר יהיה מאוחר מידי לבייביבום מאחר והשחקנים החדשים לא יוכלו לעמוד בקצב של השחקנים הוותיקים יותר. אין לנו זמן לבזבז.

יחסי החוץ שלנו פועלים חלק כרגיל. תכנית השגרירים עובדת מעולה ומספר קטן של אנשים נבחרו נשלחו למדינות מתאימות. אין ממש על מה לעדכן במשרד אחרי שרוב ההשגים הושגו בתחילת החודש (אנחנו בעדן!), אם אתם מעוניינים לתרום למשרד, או דוברים שפה זרה כלשהיא, אל תשכחו לדבר עם אוקטביוס ג’וליוס.

כלכלה
למרבה המזל הקדנציה הייתה קדנציה שקטה, ואפשר לראות זאת על האוצר. החודש סוף סוף הצלחנו להרים את תכנית הכוח (פרטים על כך למטה) וטפסי אספקה זמינים לכל הלוחמים והאזרחים הישראלים ממשרד הביטחון וממשרד הפנים.
אל תשכחו שיש לנו תכנית מימון מיוחדת לאנשים שלא יכולים לצאת ממעגל העוני בעצמם. אם אתם חושבים שאתם צריכים לקבל עזרה כספית, בבקשה צרו קשר עם אריק אהרון או עם נריה. בנוסף בימים הקרובים ייצא מאמר החינוך הפיננסי הראשון, שילמד את כולנו איך לבזבז את הגולד שלנו בחוכמה!

עכשיו, כמה עדכונים לגבי צה”ל-
אני גאה להכריז על מטכ”ל חדש ונוצץ לצבא, שכבר התחיל לעבוד מסביב לשעון בימים האחרונים עם תוצאות משביעות רצון. המטכ”ל מורכב מג’ון דה גריק, שוהם13, רון(גודאוףוור), ומתן 9010.
ואת כולם יוביל לא אחר מאשר הרמטכ”ל החדש ישן, ליבר7!


נתא12 עבר מתפקיד ראש חטיבת האמונים לתפקיד המ”פ החדש של אריות יהודה ביחד עם יוצא קורס הקצינים הטרי, ניר לסנדרו, ובמקום נתא שרון נשיא יהיה ראש חטיבת האימונים החדש. אור דוד הוא המ”פ החדש של מחץ במקום שוהם שעבר להיות מ”מ כדי שיוכל הלקדיש את זמנו לתפקידו בפיקוד העליון. בנוסף יהל47 אשר גם הוא סיים את קורס הקצינים האחרון הוא עכשיו מ”מ בספיר. האלוף החדש של חטיבת גולני הוא מתן9010. בנוסף, איילברוך יהיה קצין בחטיבת הצנחנים.
עוד כמה שינויים:

- שמשון היא מעכשיו חלק מצה”ל באופן רשמי, בחטיבת גולני. היחידה העברית הראשונה בארפאבליק תשאר תחת פיקודו של נריה.



- מעכשיו אזרחות ישראלית נדרשת כדי להיות חלק מיחידה ישראלית. כל חייל שלא משלם מיסים לא צריך לקחת את המקום והאספקה של חייל שכן משלם מסים.
במקרה שישראל נכבשת, הפקודות הן ברורות- לעבור למדינת עדן עד הודעה חדשה.



- כל יום ראשון בתשע בערב שעון ישראל תערך תקיפה חטיבתית בערוץ צה”ל בצ’אט, ביחד עם אספקה אשר תנוהל על ידי הקצינים בגולני. בנוסף, התקיפות הפלוגתיות חוזרות, אז תבדקו עם הסרנים שלכם לגבי פרטים!

- נבחר קצין לוגיסטיקה חדש, אשר יהיה אחראי על המסמכים הפלוגתיים, הערוצים, היחידות באיגוב וכו’-
תום כפיר.

- נבחרו שני קציני אספקה חדשים- שוהם13 וניר לסנדרו. הם ירשמו את כל מערכות המילואים הנוכחיות בפלוגות השונות ויעבדו על שדרוגן. בנוסף האנשים המתאימים יקבלו אזרחויות במדינות עם בונוסים מלאים. ייבחר אדם אחד מכל פלוגה אשר יהיה אחראי אספקה, בנוסף.


-רפורמה החדשה באימונים - המבחנים של צה"ל? נכחדו. מתחילים דבר חדש.
לחטיבת האימונים תהיה יחידה צבאית אז חיילים לעתיד יוכלו להגיש בקשה, המתקבלים יקבלו את תואר הטירון.
הטירונים יחולקו ל3 מחלקות בנות 15 חיילים כל מחלקה ולכל מחלקה יהיה מפקד מחלקה אשר מטרתו תהיה להעביר לטירון את המידע לגבי המשחק, על הצבא, על המדינה, בריתות של ישראל, מה מצופה ממנו כחייל וכל מה שהמבחנים מנסים להעביר אך שדרך זו גם יותר מהנה ומעבירה את התוכן בנעימות תוך הרגשה של חלק מקבוצה אשר נותנת לטירון עוד כוח להמשיך ולא לפרוש באמצע.
כמובן שלטירונים יהיו גם תקיפות משותפות במירק וככה שהטירון ישקיע יותר, כך גם הוא יתקדם אל עבר סיום הטירונות מהר יותר, אין זמן מוגדר לטירונות כל אחד והקצב שלו.
לאחר שצה"ל איבד המון מחייליו הפוטנציאלים צעד זה היה מתבקש וצפוי לו הצלחה רבה.

עכשיו, לעוד כמה הכרזות כלליות משמחות ועדכונים שכולנו נשמח לשמוע.

סיירת מטכ"ל חזרה למפקד המקורי ומקים היחידה, ג'ו פרנקו. אנחנו רוצים להודות ג'ון על העבודה המדהימה שלו רוצים לאחל לג'ו בהצלחה בתפקיד.


המעז, מנצח!

תכנית הכוח שציפינו לה כל כך הרבה זמן יצאה לדרכה לבסוף עם 9 חיילים מצטיינים. תכנית הכוח של שבוע הבא תתמקד ב2 פלוגות בגולני (מחץ וצפע!), ולאחר מכן כולכם תקבלו טופס שתוכלו למלאות ואחריו לקחת חלק בתכנית. הדגש בבחירת אנשים לתכנית הוא שילוב בין רמת הפעילות של החייל לבין המצב הכלכלי שלו.


אני גם גאה מאוד להכריז על פתיחתה של יחידת עילית חדשה באי-ישראל, היא שייטת 13. מבוססת על יחידת הקומנדו הישראלית האגדית, השייטת תהווה את חוד החנית של הכוח הצבאי הישראלי ביחד עם סיירת מטכ"ל, ותתבסס על כוח, משמעת, ופעילות. שייטת 13 תהיה חלק מחטיבת הצנחנים בצה"ל אשר תקבל לה תוספת בקרוב.
