as you might know, I was elected on March as Secretary General of ONE
如你所知，我在3月被选为ONE的秘书长。
back then, ONE was falling and only Poland had a congress

Indonesia lost its congress due to an attack by China

However, now ONE is on the rise, and Indonesia has several countries conquered and several extra resources

When I got elected as SG, I had several goals in mind. One was bring up cooperation, another is bring back morale, and the third would be hitting at the weakest links of a greatly unstable TEDEN alliance

MoFAs played a vital role in all three goals

MoFAs are the main country coordinators in erepublik
外交部在eRepublik中是主要的协调者。
when someone needs to talk to another coutnry, be it for a military tactic or for ask help, MoFAs were to get together and interact。
当需要和另外一个国家对话，协商战术或者请求帮助，ONE各国的外交部就会集合在一起商议。
before, there was a distrust of MoFAs, and MoDs both had to plan their internal coordination and their external one
以前在外交部门之间存在互不信任，各国的国防部均需要同时协调内部和外部的计划。
so they were overworked,
因而引起了重复的工作，
with a military cooperation with MoFAs and MoDs, MoDs can have free time for real military planning, bringing into play external planning
通过外交部和国防部之间的军事合作，国防部可以抽出时间制定真正的军事计划，并可以实现额外的行动。
at one time we had 30 "contacts" in Bulgaria, meaning pro-ONE bulgarian players who spammed their media and their feeds

without good MoFAs, maybe Bulgaria would have caved to EDEN pressure or went away from EDEN but without being pro-ONE, which was Bulgarian original plan

so that's why MoFAs are so important

1. Delete congresses/economies of big Balkan EDEN countries, namely Croatia Romania and Greece

2. Deplete the extra bonuses of periferical TEDEN countries like Brazil, USA and China

on the diplomatic sphere we're waiting for several countries to become pro-ONE

to get irritated)

*You ignore our veto by bending and inventing alliance rules the way you see them fit ( here quite a lot of Bulgarians are starting to get irritated)

*In conspiracy with Ukraine you cut us from resources as a way to put "pressure" on us, later Ukraine signs some funny friendhsip pact with Argentina and Turkey which their mofa in an article admits it was aimed against Bulgaria ( at this point many Bulgarians are starting to realize what is going on and start to slowly turn against EDEN)

All peaceful negotiations with Turkey fail. When we try to take those regions by arranging a regionspaw with 2 other countries EDEN top priority was to fight against us during our regionswap. (This was the straw that broke the cammel's back . ( At this point you already have half of the Bulgarians who want immediate exit from EDEN and a war with Turkey, the other half are highly disappointed but they still have hopes that something might change)

* After Bulgaria agrees to a cease fire with Turkey, strangely on the next day Bulgaria is suspended from the alliance on it's national holiday which is freedom from the Ottomans until "it improves it's relations with Turkey" ( at this point you already have a large part of the Bulgarians wanting war with Turkey and wishing to leave EDEN. Because of this Bulgarian president calls for a referendum about leaving EDEN.
在保加利亚同意和土耳其停火之后，保加利亚非常神奇的被联盟冻结了——就在举国庆祝纪念从奥斯曼帝国手上解放的那天——“直到她改善和土耳其的关系”（这时几乎大部分的保加利亚人希望和土耳其战斗并且离开EDEN。因此保加利亚总统提出了离开EDEN的公投）。

* A new president is elected who despite all promises he will try to resolve first the issues with EDEN and Turkey. EDEN(SC and a few CP's, including Croatian CP) promises that if we vote to stay in EDEN, Turkey will no longer block us and if they continue to do so they will be kicked out from trial.
新选出的总统不管前总统的许诺如何都尝试解决和EDEN、土耳其间的事情。EDEN（SC和一部分CP，包括克罗地亚的CP）承诺如果我们投票留在EDEN，土耳其不会再阻碍我们并且如果他们继续阻碍的话将被提出观察国。

*As expected Turkey refuses to give up from blackmailing so a vote( as promised) is initiated for removing Turkey from trial. Several countries, including the leading 3 from EDEN refuse to vote, but nonetheless 24 hours later Turkey is removed from tria with the votes of the othersl.

*Because of this Greece and Ukraine put a NE on Bulgaria and the MC of EDEN together with a bunch of Croatian, Greeks, Turks and others start fighting against Bulgaria in North Caucasus.

* Greece, Croatia and Romania call for a summit where they want to restore turkish status to trial

*Bulgarian president calls for congress to vote for our leaving of EDEN( All vote yes, only 1 vote against, at that point you already have almost all Bulgarians wishing to leave EDEN)

*Next day Bulgaria attacks Turkey, Greece attacks Bulgaria, 3 days later Romania does the same. This puts a quick end to our neutrality and the Bulgarians who during the first days still weren't seeing ONE countries as allies ( but more like volunteers in the war vs Turkey) quickly join forces with ONE against EDEN aggressors.
第二天保加利亚进攻土耳其，希腊进攻保加利亚，三天后罗马尼亚也一样。这结束了我们的中立，哪些在开头几天仍不把ONE的国家看作盟友（虽然他们有很多人志愿加入战争对抗土耳其）的保加利亚人迅速地加入了ONE的军队对抗EDEN的入侵。

Now, please, tell me again about the 30 pro-ONE Bulgarians who did all this....
