The official announcement of an agreement signed between Poland and the Netherlands.



Treaty between Poland and The Netherlands

I. Preamble

By reaching mutual agreement both sides decided to sign the treaty which will solve all tensions and will be a good beginning to reset relations between both sides through diplomatic rather than military actions.


II. Terms of treaty

1. Poland will NE Netherlands and gain Dutch core territories (Poland must win all battles).
2. Poland will hold Western Netherlands and Southern Netherlands, two of the original Dutch regions.
3. Netherlands agree on the swaps with Poland. Therefore during the time of resetting determination bonus Netherlands agrees to cede for Poland Northern Netherlands and Eastern Netherlands. Whether Poland or Netherlands will initiate the NE is up to the current presidents.
4. If Poland loses control over a region mentioned in point 2 or in the case of swaps in point 3 Netherlands will NE Poland as soon as possible.
5. Netherlands are obligated not to support any RW in regions under Polish control, except during the planned swaps.
6. Poland is obligated to return the occupation tax from the Dutch regions under Polish control. Money will be payed on NL CP account two times per CP mandate, the second installment on 5th day in the following month.
7. Poland is free to choose the time of the swaps except when it can endanger congressional elections in Netherlands.
8. Poland will help Netherlands by releasing regions when they have less regions than agreed. The Netherlands must always retain two core regions, aside from swaps. Two core regions should be secured by NL for every congress elections (Netherlands must win all battles).


III. Renewal

The treaty shall be renewed each 7th day of the month at 15:00 CET through approval from both governments and congresses.
