[New Era] We are New Era

Day 1,977, 16:10 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Sven Goran Duran-Duran

Hello New Era

This is my first article since members elected me as PP, so first of all thank you very much for putting your trust in me and I hope that together we can take this great, and growing Party forward.

And when I say growing, I'm not kidding.

New Era, at the time of writing has over 220 members and massive thanks must also go to our recruitment team, with BigAnt in particular, for their truly awesome work. Thanks guys.

Next I wanna tell you about the New Era Council meeting on Sunday 21/04/2013 at 5:00 pm - there we will be continuing to discuss Congress (who is standing who to support etc.), the idea of the Shadow Cabinet and also if we get time, the CP elections and the possibility of Constitution for New Era.

All New Era members are welcome on IRC, channel is #neweracouncil

Please pm me for the password if you don't already know it.

OK, so to continue, as I said I would in my manifesto- link - some of you may have noticed that I've changed the party avatar back to its alternative design. I hope you all like it, for now anyways (!) and there's no reason why any future PP can turn it back of course.

Further, in a reshuffle I have appointed Howdyho and NTGames to the positions of Councillor and vPP in the Party - they are both great servants to the Party and I have full confidence in their abilities. Please join me in congratulating them 🙂

Finally, please don't worry if you can't make it to the IRC meeting and you want to stand for Congress etc. Any New Era members that have put themselves forward will be considered on their merits and further discussion will continue to take part - on the idea of the Shadow Cabinet, the CP elections and the possibility of Constitution for New Era - within the Group pm's, the Feeds and further articles to come.

Once more, thanks again for your support,

WE ARE NEW ERA
