Now lets get started. Here's a explanation of each medal currently available in eRepublik, and how to get them.

Hard Worker Medal: These medals are achieved for working 30 days in on your land. You will get this medal even if you just work now and then. The 30 days worked do not have to be in a row. For example: you could work 1 week, and not work for a few days, or even 2-3 weeks, and then work the other 23 days, and you would still get the Hard Worker Medal.
Abbr: HWM, more commonly known as HW.

Congress Member Medal: This medal is gained via winning a seat within congress during the Congress elections, which are held every month on the 25th of every month. (Yes, every Xmas will be a Congress election.)
Abbr: CMM.

Country President Medal: This medal is achieved via winning the position of Country President during the Country President elections which are held every 5th of every month.
Abbr: CPM.

Media Mogul Medal: This medal is achieved by getting a total of 1,000 subscriptions to your paper. Considered one of the hardest to get, but if you write nice useful things, I’m sure you can get it.
Abbr: MMM, avoid using MM, as MM stands for Monetary Market, and you can’t get Monetary Market medals.

Battle Hero Medal: This medal is achieved for hitting the highest amount of influence in a battle within a campaign. It is true that Battle Hero Medals are much harder to get, it’s been predicted that 1,250,000 influence is now the milestone for a Battle Hero. However, grab yourself a quite battle and you may be lucky. Nonetheless, do damage in a battle that counts.
Abbr: BHM, more commonly known as BH.

Campaign Hero Medal: This medal is achieved for hitting the highest amount of influence in a Campaign, which consists of 8 battles. So it is possible to get all the Battle Hero Medals plus the Campaign Hero Medal, granted that would be a lot of influence done, but a total of 45 gold and of course 9 medals. However, getting a Campaign Hero Medal is hard and tricky, as it can be stolen at any point during the campaign.
Abbr: CHM, more commonly known as CH.

Resistance Hero Medal: This medal is achieved for supporting a resistance war, and that resistance war being won by the side being occupied. These can be easy, if you have assistance on knowing which resistance wars to support. [/b]There are only 10 placements for supports during a resistance war supporting period, every supporter pays 1,000 CC to support the resistance war.
Abbr: RWM, more commonly known as RW.

Society Builder Medal: This medal is achieved by inviting 10 people to the game. (via referrer’s link.) Can be a successful and productive gold income, not only will it help the eUK if you ask them to join the eUK.

Mercenary Medal: This medal is achieved by killing 25 enemies for 50 different eCountries. This is a long term medal; of course all of them are in a way, as they take planning or repeated actions. It is possible to get by only doing Daily Orders, however it is mainly achievable by staying in a eUK owned region and fighting from there or during your Daily Order. (It is priority for you to fight the Daily Order, and preferred you fight where it matters. Fight smart.)

Top Fighter Medal: Considered one of the most symbolic and competitive medals of eRepublik. To get this, you must do enough damage to be in the top 100 players for 30 days, however, they do not need to be in a row. Even getting 1/30 is seen as a form of prestige, predicted to take some players years to accomplish.
