[MoHA] A Ministry Update

Day 997, 12:43 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by eUK Home Office

This is a public service announcement from the Ministry of Home Affairs. Don’t forget to vote and subscribe. We need your votes!

In the last few days the Ministry of Home Affairs has had a bit of a shake up. First of all Robalbinio who was originally chosen as the Minister of Home Affairs encountered problems with his computer and so struggles to gain access to Erepublik. In the meantime I (Daniel Thorrold) will be covering Robalbinio’s job as the Minister of Home Affairs until he comes back which could be anytime soon. There are two other fairly big changes that have taken place along with the above. The one and only Mr Woldy has filled the position of Minister of Communications and the right honourable Steve Steinbeck will be covering TerribleTiger as Minister of Education.

Along with these changes I’d also like to welcome some new apprentices into the Ministry which has now brought the total to twenty four Ministry workers. Twenty four isn’t as high as we’d like it and we do need more people to take part as an apprentice but we’ll talk about that later, for now lets see the whole team.

As said above we would like to see more people join this Ministry as it is by far the largest in terms of workers needed, covering a vast amount of jobs and as you can see we have many people working over multiple areas which ends up increasing their workload. A Ministry is an incredibly good place to get more involved in the game and government plus with a Ministry the size of the one above, it’s a great place to meet new people. Ranging from wiki work to examining the news for exceptional articles, there is a diverse choice and all you have to do is join here and message this chap saying where you’d like to work, but we’d recommend reading this first as it details all the areas in the Ministry and what they do.

For the eUK in general a lot has been happening, most out of our control. For those of you that don’t really know what’s going on with Canada attacking Scotland, we’d recommend you read Dishmcds report about not only the Canadian attack, but what else has been happening lately domestically and internationally related. Following on from Dish’s statement, we would like to second the message that the Ministry of Home Affairs will provide moving tickets to people stuck in Scotland so that they can move to a safe eUK region.

In the coming days and weeks we can all look forward to educational articles from the Department of Education spearheaded by Steve Steinbeck and his fantastic team. Awards, articles, games and lots of other fun things from the Department of Culture spurred on by KaisKais along with his group of Home Affairians and to finish it off plenty of messages and an updated Wiki from the Ministry of Communication guys encouraged by Mr Woldy.

With that we draw an end to this article and hope you’ve got a little more information about the Ministry itself and a small update about the goings on for this country. Any questions you may have please just pop us a message and we’ll get back to you. One last reminder is that we’d like to say please vote and subscribe to this newspaper.

Our Prime Minister John Bartlett has several important things to say, be sure to check out his article along with voting and subscribing to get all the latest information. [PM] An update from the Prime Minister

Over and out,
