In an act of solidarity with our South Korean comrades who have shared the burden and trouble that we eJapanese know all to well about the Taiwanese, they are bullies plain and simple. They are so quick to jump the gun and demand that a country much smaller and less able to defend itself give them money 150 Gold, this sounds awfully familiar, where have we seen this before?
It has become quite clear to not only us and the South Koreans that the Taiwanese are fat babies that have been fed and overstuffed. They have become so brazen that they feel they are untouchable, and unstoppable. They lack tact, they are rude and most of all they are just downright dirty liars. Japan is not the strongest country at all, but this will not stop us from standing with our allies in Circle of Trust.
Taiwan, this is our ultimatum to you, if this is not solved at the diplomatic table and at the point of a barrel of a gun you will be left with none of South Korea with the full might of CoT finally giving you what you have deserved for almost a year in this game.

2. after congress election, eSK releases Jeju to eROC.
3. NE wars will continue until further discussions.
4. 3-way meeting with eSK eROC eJapan to discuss Gyeongsangnam-do.
5. There will be a 150 gold deposit in a country as security. Country will be determined in a separate meeting.

I'm pretty sure eROK surpasses all the windfall income eJapan gained over the past two administrations. It's not really a problem of poverty, it's a problem of two sides not talking and then whining.

If you make a contract with others and promise no matter which side break the contract should pay the other side 1000 as indemnification.
Then A break the contract and declare that he don't have 1000, so he doesn't have and want to pay the indemnification.
I don't believe there is any possibility that B go to the court, and the judge would state the sentence that A is poor enough so he doesn't have to pay.
The fact is, you guys made no real attempt to get in touch with eSK, what did you do? You gave them some weird notice that said, "You have 24 hours to explain or else?!" I think most of you Taiwanese commenting here seem to forget that we have dealt with you in past, you are bullies, if you don't get your way you will attack occupy a country till you get what you want.
South Korea is in Circle of Trust, so yes people Japan has a moral obligation to stand by it's brothers.
The spirit that stand deep in contract is free will and honesty.
You sign the contract with your own choice and guarantee you will follow it with your moral integrity.
Alfred, eSK can ,and has lost their moral integrity by not respecting the contract, but that doesn't mean you need to be the same.

If a CP's action can't represent it's country's decision, I can't figure out why they should elect him.
If eSK can prove that this incident is cause by one's inactivity, then let him take the responsibility, in this case as you said, is the CP who is inactive, then impeach him to show it's only his fault and we can settle down to set another treaty.
