[MoF] Everyone a House! - Analysis

Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

A while ago a new subsidy was granted for the purchase of Q1 House to stimulate the use of those by our population. In total, 10 grants of 1000cc were handed out. These grants can be checked in a dedicated sheet. Additionally, I've noticed others have started to use Housing as well without a grant, which is nice! Sadly, a few who did use Housing before have abandoned it as well.

At the launch of the initiative I made a database with the eDutch population and whether or not they used Housing (which can be checked in the sheet as well). Of course, I can't check everyone as only the Housing of those with a residence are public - but it can be considered a control group. On Day 3949 of the 60 Dutch citizens in the database, 22 citizens used Housing of any quality. On Day 3962 31 of those citizens used Housing, an increase of 9 (15😵.



One way to determine the advantages of Housing is to take a look at the development of the Work Tax income of the eNetherlands. Obviously, due to a constant Training War with Estonia these numbers are not completely accurate (although a TW is pretty regulated and therefore does not cause long-term spikes or shocks) and additional factors like players returning to the eNetherlands and players leaving affect it as well. However we can carefully conclude that there is a small positive trend. This shows that Housing benefits us all - both you as citizens (in extra salary) and the State in additional Tax income.

An additional way to determine the advantages of Housing would be to take a look at our weekly damage output (as Housing increases your energy recovery) - however this score is erratic (due to abundance or lack of important wars and epic battles and so on) and so far there is too few data to conclude anything from that.

Nevertheless, I'm glad to see that the motivational campaign to use Housing caught on. Some people have started to use Housing on a regular basis. But: We can do better! Some people have turned away from using them, a few (some that are very active players) still don't use them. Help yourself and help the eNetherlands and start using them - We even offer a one-time grant of 1000cc for it!
