Training ground offers are upon us again. But what does this mean?

Every so often, the admins gift us with these offers that reduce the price of training ground upgrades, usually by 45%. This can benefit you greatly as upgrades can be expensive, especially for upgrades to Q4.

So, should you upgrade?

The simple answer to that question is a big fat YES. Upgrading training grounds should be your first and only priority in eRepublik, if you haven't already of course.

Why Upgrade?

The main reason to upgrade is gold. This can be obtained two ways.

Super Soldier Medals

Everytime you reach 250 strength, you receive a Super Soldier medal along with 5 gold. This gives you a steady and safe source of income from training. Increasing your strength means you will recieve the medal faster, and therefore also receiving the 5 gold more often. However, training in certain training grounds will only profit you. For example, training in your free grounds will always provide you with a profit, however, training in all grounds will give you a loss.

True Patriot and Battle Hero Medals

If you have a higher strength, you are able to do more damage in battles. This means you are able to obtain True Patriot medals more quickly (when fighting for your country) and also you will have a better chance of getting a Battle Hero medal if you do the most damage for your side.



Loans

If you do not have enough gold to upgrade your training grounds, then you can take out a loan from the government. Unfortunately, there is not much time left on the offers, so you will only be able to borrow up to 10 gold until 15:00 eRep time.
