Dear fellow citizens,

a warm welcome to all newly registered players reading here. This article is for you, so keep on reading.

The Ministry of Community’s (short: MoC) main task is to help newcomers. There are many great possibilities to do so, unfortunately these are often unknown for newcomers which they are supposed to help! Therefore, we want to give an overview with this article, which offers there are from the government. This article will be published once every 7 days with nearly the same content.

1. New team
A new month started and we have a new MoC team. This time we have Freiheitskämpfer as your minister and Liquidwolf as apprentice. We are willing to do our best to help you, while the main focus this month will be to translate our guides and helps into english for our new danish friends.

2. The mentor program
The probably most important pillar of our rookie help, is the mentor program. If you have questions concerning the game, you should find a mentor to help you with all game mechanics and community issues. You can flood him with questions and mostly you will get quick and reliable answers.

How do I get such a mentor?

Very easy: First, register at the eGerman Forum.

There you can write in this thread and normaly you get assigned a mentor very fast.

3. First Help
This facility is a fix part of the german government. As you might have noticed, this newspaper is published by this organization. The principle of first aid is currently based on three pillars:
- At the moment it doesn’t matter in which occupiing country you have started
- Should you brought your health to zero becaus of fighting you can ask us for help and we bring you up once
- Do you need special items for your missions? Ask us and we will find a solution!
But: All this only works, if you write us!

4. Newcomer promotion
The newcomer help started on day 11.12.11. You can read the exact law here. Till now we have recieved and processed over 75 applications.

Do you need a promotion?

The law

This is a strongly shortend version:

From level 20 to 22 every eGerman citizen has the right of support for the construction of one Q2 raw company.
From levell 23 to 25 every eGerman citizen has the right of support for the construction of one Q4 raw company.
The request for support has to go via PM to EVERY MoC Member (Freiheitskämpfer and Liquidwolf).
The applicant will be informed by the minister (this month Freiheitskämpfer) on the acceptance of his application and donates the own contribution of one third the cost of the corresponding raw company.
Upon receipt of the money, the MoC donates the necessary amunt of DEM for the company.

How should I act now?

All players on Level 20, 21 or 22 and interest in this promotion write an informal request to the above mentioned members of the MoC. The applicant then waits for approval and after this donates 1000 DEM to Freiheitskämpfer. After maximum 24 hours, the Erste Hilfe will donate 2000DEM for the raw company and 1000DEM for the land.

All players on Level 23, 24 or 25 and interest in this promotion write an informal request to the above mentioned members of the MoC. The applicant then waits for approval and after this donates 2833 DEM to Freiheitskämpfer. After maximum 24 hours, the Erste Hilfe will donate 7500DEM for the raw company and 1000DEM for the land.

Every player can get BOTH promotions once. Every application will be closed after this.

5. eRepublik - knowledge

With Liquidwolf, we have the provider of the site eRepublik-Wissen working for the MoC and he will use his time to further expand and improve his work. The content and the site itsself is to be translated into english.
