KHMC: Our Future
The people have spoken and eRep has given its stamp to what they have said. I am grateful. I was a bit down in the dumps earlier but as it turned out we achieved an extra seat to make it an even 10 Senators from KHMC. Considering we were way below the ARP in members and APP in member return strength come the end of it we were sitting at 9 on a hard figure, though it seems the wildcard quota drew us the additional seat. I have no explanation for it.
Again, a huge thanks to everyone who voted KHMC.
NOTHING SCHMANCY JUST A LITTLE BIT FAN .. (..on second thoughts I'm not saying that)
I did some graphs up from my returns sheet that looks at different statistics from the election, comparing it with last election and other use
(Psst .. if any of them says '9' for KHMC = make it 10)
I'll leave the commentary to others.
SENATE CAUCUS
I'd like to congratulate fellow KHMC Senators-elect Mikhail Alexander, LanyIsLost, Callumh123, bk83, F0rse7i, STAT, 0tsoa, Brennan Shields and Terravista.
COMMISERATIONS to our 11th place candidate StanEslah who missed out - we just didn't have the quota. Sorry mate.
So we're up 2 seats from last term. What are we going to do with them?
SPEAKER ELECTION

PRE-SELECTION FOR COUNTRY PRESIDENT (PRIME MINISTER)
The next (and final) game mechanic supervised under my term as PP is to set the mechanic to nominate or endorse a candidate for Country President (we call that person the 'Prime Minister' - not to be confused with the new government label of same name meaning Deputy CP).
For the first time in a while, all KHMC members who put their voice forward will be heard on nominating and voting on a KHMC or non-party member for the election. The thread for that is on the KHMC forum.

Kind of you to say, Hugh. That's a big ask, but if there was ever support for me to do it I would consider it. On the other hand, if not, I would always support people I could work with be above board good folks like the Prime Minister I'm working for now. After 3 years having a blue, I am glad Flatty and I came together in the end. He's a good champ.

Well done Mick. Like others said, keep in mind what a turn around for KHMC to get this result, and be so active again.
You've nothing to be in the dumps over, and should be prous of what both individually you have done for your party, and collective as a whole. : )
