[IS4CP] The Plan

It’s time to talk about goals. I’ve already announced and shown you the ballin’ team I assembled. But we haven’t talked about goals, and what I really want to accomplish.

Military

If you take a look at the map of Europe, you can see that Germany has turned pink. This is unacceptable, and something that we need to rectify. The way I see it, Europe is like two big dogs in a fight. You have Poland, which is pink and has their tongue stuck out, because they think they’re the better dog. And then you have us. The USA and we’re the underdog. Both militarily, and geographically. Look at this map I made, it clears everything up:

Ultimately, Poland has gotten much stronger since we beat them down the last time. With the failed attack on Northern Poland a few weeks ago, it was looking like we weren’t going to be able to get back at them. But then Hungary decided they wanted to tangle with the USA, and we stomped them. Hard. This has afforded us another shot at Poland, and I intend to see this war through to the end. We must help our TERRAN brothers in Germany.

That’s what alliances do, they help each other. We are not ONE. We are a brotherhood. And in June, our priority needs to be helping Germany get re-established in Europe.


You may also of noticed that little problem in Italy. The Serbian Problem. Luckily for us, our Friends in EDEN are working on that front. China has moved literally half way around the world, and after teaming up with Portugal to curbstomp Spain, they are poised to aide Italy and help them remove the icky Serbs from their fine Italian lands.

If that war does come to pass, we need to make sure that we are helping China in everyway we can.


Domestic

This problem is almost always mentioned when it comes time to elect a President. The lack of people working in Government, and gaining valuable experience on their way up the ladder.
Ultimately, it is my belief that every party should be able to field an entire Presidential Cabinet by themselves. Presidents should have diversity to chose from, when selecting a cabinet. Something that allows for a real difference in opinion, behavior and ultimately: policy.

With all of that being said, I will require each of my department heads to have a qualified back up. Someone that can take over, should the need arise. I will be pushing all of my people, to make sure that they are training the next generation. As leaders, that is one of our many jobs; and it is certainly one of the most important.

We also need to make sure that our Interior Programs are as strong as possible. New players truly are the lifeblood of our country, and we need to make sure they are getting into the right MUs, as well as getting all the food that they need so that they can be productive members of our community.

Molly Emma already does a great job in the Interior. An amazing job, actually. She has what I would consider to be the strongest team in all of the Executive. I want to make sure that she has every resource she needs, available to her. So that she can keep on doing what she does best.


There are a few other programs that I am working on as well, but they are still in the planning phase, and it would be unfair of me to talk about them when they aren’t ready to be implemented.
Just know that we’re going to be trying some new things in June, explore some different directions, and revive some programs that have been long dead.




But my most important plan, is to be flexible. You can have the best goals and plans in the world, but there’s no guarantee that things don’t go to hell in a handbasket on the first day, or the first week. You have to be able to react to new situations, whether they are military, domestic or foreign affairs.
