Someone call me to ask my personal view about recent Cottus Arci's article here
My Personal View: There are no NAP between eIndonesia and eAustralia if both countries still hold this contract as NAP foundation.
Reasons:
1. Signer not reach minimum requirement (50% of the congress)
2. Congressmen from eAustralia not signed the contract properly, by copy all the contract draft and add "I agree to this term of contract" statement
3. No Validation from admin.
So I urge eIndonesian Government and eAustralian Government to work in completing this contract or NAP BETWEEN eINDONESIA AND eAUSTRALIA IS NOT EXIST.
Unless all complete😛
eIndonesia and eAustralia can attack each other for the sake of the fun of this game !!!

Armande Xavier, Zoli, I'm appalled at the quality of your trolling. The fact is the USA respected their contract with Portugal. Being a few hours late with a round of payment is not the same as doing exactly what's prohibited by the contract. FYI Portugal also broke the contract that way. They were one day late with returning one of the regions.
I have to give to Indonesia that so far they have respected the contracts they have signed, it was important for them to stick to their promises. This is not about the contract being valid or void, it's about having honour and being a gentleman. I've known Indonesia to uphold contracts or even agreements even if they might have not been enforceable.
Don't go down the road Brazil took. Their word is now not worth a penny. They have broken a contract that was signed just a few days prior. Even worse, they knew that they'd break it even when they signed it. They just played on it being void.
