To the Citizens of India: America Withdrawing from Karnataka
Hello India,
Months ago, the United States of America--in coordination with our allies in EDEN and friends in Sol--led efforts to liberate Asia from the clutches of the Phoenix Alliance. The bulk of these efforts focused our resources into returning original regions to China and India. Upon the liberation of India from hostile Phoenix powers, the United States entered into a rental agreement with your country over the high-iron region of Karnataka. Since then we have fortified Karnataka and have been paying via monthly contracts a certain amount of gold to India in exchange for allowing us to stay there. The American presence in Karnataka served two purposes-- economic and military. The boost to the American economy and the allied military that renting Karnataka provided is obviously one reason that we decided to rent the region. The other was that it allowed the United States to maintain a fortified base in Asia from which to act in defense of the Asian nations against hostile intrusions by the powers of Phoenix.
However, India is a proud country that would like to, for once, be a whole country. While there are some who may disagree with the decision tactically, the United States of America understands and respects the will of the Indian leadership and people. Thus, unlike our enemies--who hold the valuable regions of other nations without any type of payments exchanged nor with any respect to the wants and needs of the original owners--the United States, after working on a deal to hold onto Karnataka a short while longer, has finally decided on a timetable to return Karnataka to Indian control. The President of the United States has directed all American citizens to evacuate the region by the end of the congressional elections on the 25th of this month. All Americans are asked to move to the eUS fortress region of California.
By this time next month, Karnataka will once again be under the control of India, as per the wishes of your nation. You shall be whole again soon.
The United States is happy to have done business with you over the past few months as we have rented this region, but we are happier to see your nation be able to unite its regions once more. We look forward to continued cooperation with India in defending these regions and also continuing to help our mutual friends throughout Asia in their efforts to stay united and independent.

I don't understand it. Is eSpain this enemy? As I see eSpain holds regions (Ra, Aquitania) of another nation (France, who is NOT a Phoenix member). And when the liberation of these regions started few weeks ago, US army fought on the side of the agressor, not the liberator.
Apart from eSpain only eSerbia holds and only ONE region (not "regions"😉 without payment.
Please help to understand this situations! 🙂

You're not a troll, you just don't understand the situation. France tried to conquer both Canada and Spain last summer, and Spain, undertandably, wanted revenge. France should have offered some sort of retribution to the countries that they invaded if they were to expect them to respect their neutrality. France was, quite frankly, niave to expect no aggression from Eden. That is their own failure.

Aha, is not valid Mr. Miles Robinson message in this case? Because eFrance is not a Phoenix member (nor USA EDEN member), and fought for her freedom against eSpain ("who hold the valuable regions of other nations without any type of payments exchanged nor with any respect to the wants and needs of the original owners"😉 but USA ARMY!! (not only volunteers) sent and fought on the side of the agressor against the original owner (eFrance) who is not a Phoenix member. If eUSA is the home of freedom, she would had to show respect and neutrality, and at least not sent the ARMY to fight on the side of the agressor. And these events are not in connection with the last summer campaigns and any "revenge" (revenge is between eSpain and eFrance, not eUSA and eFrance)

The United States is not neutral, and France invaded us. The "payment exchanged" is that Spain is paying France back for the favor France gave them when they were wiped out. Had France not been part of an attempt to destroy us, and subsequent attacks to block us, you likely would see Americans more willing to jump onto the "French freedom" bandwagon. France was with our enemies and then tried sliding to neutral to avoid punishment for their past actions.
China, India, South Africa, et al were neutral nations forced to work against Phoenix because Phoenix kept trying to occupy them. They did nothing to initially deserve their occupations; France, on the other hand, set its own fate.

So before the eFrance guilty movements against eUSA, eUSA had tried to destroy eFrance directly. (And as I remember eUSA and eFrance signed Peace Treaty later after the american campaign. I don't remember any future punisment in connection with this peace treaty.
And I see, the meaning of the "freedom" in the eUSA is in connection with the relationship with the USA. If the agressor is a friendly country, eUSA says "fate" and "deserve".

Of course. What do you think we are, some overlording judge who's supposed to be impartial? France squandered away their right to be considered neutral when they refused to give the contries that they conquered and destroyed any sort of retribution. They failed to make the right moves to preserve themseves, and are now facing the consequences of their actions.
@Gagah - how did the US repay Mexico, the UK, France, Russia and Canada after attacking them?
They didn't. France was conquered for resources and revenge, Spain was conquered for reources and blocking France, before that they had invaded as well in French Toast, for which there was no repayment. The only country to formally surrender and give gold to their opressors was the US, to Portugal. They would have given thousands of gold to Russia, Indo etc too, but Russia wanted to wipe the US out. No side is better than the other.
