亲爱的85，

We would like to invite your country to participate in an international Miss Erepublik contest.
我想邀请贵国妹纸参加电子共和国“世界小姐大赛”。

Please make this invitation known at national level and decide by 15th April who will represent your country in the final phase. This is not an April Fools prank but it's a very serious action and we would like your country to be a part. It is up to you by what method you select the one will represent the country and up to you to make this announcement known at a national scale.
请（85你）将这份邀请函以【国情咨文】的形式公告出来，并将有兴趣代表eC参加选美的妹纸名单在4月15号之前决出来。这不是愚人节消息，这是一次非常正式的活动，我们希望有贵国的妹纸参赛。随你用什么方法选出那个代表贵国参赛的妹纸，抑或是以【国情咨文】的形式公告天下。

We do hope that this invitation will be accepted leaving aside the military convictions, alliances or other aspects. this action will be the first that will try to unite all countries in one single goal.
