Even though today is April Fools the action Romania would like to set in motion is very-very serious and not even close to a joke.
雖然今天是愚人節，羅馬尼亞接下來想要做的這件事是非常非常嚴肅，跟笑話絕對半點關係都沒有。

This will be (hopefully) one of the many events that could unite the entire eRepublik community under one single goal. Disregarding the age, sex, military believes, religion, social or economical levels we could try to find elements that bind us instead of those that throw us into wars.
（希望）這將會成為能夠在單一目標下團結整個eRepublik社群的眾多事件的其中一個。不管年紀、性別、軍事勢力、理念、信仰、社群或經濟等級，我們都能夠試著找到把我們緊緊結合在一起的元素，儘管就是它們把我們扔到戰火中。

A global Miss eRepublik was launched today and hopefully till the end of the month will close with success. Moments ago all the state presidents were informed about this event and each country was invited through them to participate.
eRepublik世界小姐大賽今天正式開始，希望直到這個月底能夠完美落幕。幾分鐘前，所有國家的總統都被通知這個消息，且所有國家都會透過他們來邀請參與。

Until 15th April each country has the liberty to nominate one lady for the International phase.
直到4/15，每個國家能夠自由提名一位女士來準備世界大賽。

If my invitation got into wrong hands... if your country is under PTO or has no president... simply do your best... shout, inform the right people, make this event known... and till 15th April send HERE a representative from your country.
如果我的邀請跑到了不該拿的手上……如果你的國家被PTO或沒總統……只要盡你所能的去做……shout、通知正確的人，讓這件事情為人所知……而在4/15時把你國家的代表送到這裡來。

I have requested official confirmations from the country presidents. These confirmations will be places here as soon they hit my inbox.

If you want to make the contest visible to all the countries from the national phase simply send me the link to the newspaper that holds the "national elections".

Dear Sir,
親愛的先生（譯註：XD）：

We would like to invite your country to participate in an international Miss Erepublik contest.
我們想要邀請妳的國家參加eRepublik世界小姐選拔大賽。

Please make this invitation known at national level and decide by 15th April who will represent your country in the final phase. This is not an April Fools prank but it's a very serious action and we would like your country to be a part. It is up to you by what method you select the one will represent the country and up to you to make this announcement known at a national scale.
請把這個邀請讓全國都知道，並在4/15時決定誰代表妳的國家參加最終階段。這不是愚人節玩笑，而是一個非常嚴肅的活動，我們希望妳的國家能夠參與其中。代表選擇及國家宣傳的方法操之在妳。

We do hope that this invitation will be accepted leaving aside the military convictions, alliances or other aspects. this action will be the first that will try to unite all countries in one single goal.
我們非常希望這個邀請能在軍事考量、聯盟立場及其他方面之外被接受。這個活動將會是把所有國家團結在單一目標之下的第一步。

報名方法如下：
1.條件：eROC女性公民
2.管道：遊戲內私信給reChing（在此要向re姊說聲抱歉，我接下來都會很忙......）
3.報名單所需附上內容：個人頁面連結、RL自己最美麗的照片、自我介紹（內容隨意）
4.截止日期：4/11
5.獎勵：
只要有向reChing報名的符合資格的市民，外交部將會頒發500體麵包+5台Q6坦作為參加獎
而最後被reChing選出來作為eROC小姐代表的女性，將會獲得5000TWD作為獎勵
