[eChile NO NAP] MoFA INFORMA

Estimados Compatriotas,

Como bien ya saben nuestro NAP con eArgentina no llegó a buen puerto, por eso como MoFA les informo las razones por las cuales cayó el Pacto de No Agresión.

Durante 3 días se estuvo negociando este acuerdo, con tal de lograr que nuestras naciones vecinas luego de la guerra se pusieran de acuerdo para el cese a fuego de las mismas. Se redactó un listado de puntos a tratar y negociar entre las partes para que fuese más fácil encontrar el punto donde se pusieran de acuerdo eChile y eArgentina.

Luego de dos arduas reuniones llevadas a cabo en IRC por parte de las 2 naciones, mientras nos devolvíamos la factibilidad de atacar primero, se negociaban estos puntos presentados a los diferentes congresos los cuales daban su opinión y votación para que el pacto llegara a acuerdo y termináramos con la guerra que tuvo un claro vencedor. En esta la última reunión sostenida el día 2638 eR (9 de febrero 2015) donde se presentaría la decisión del congreso en ambas partes, por parte de eChile se votaba SI al NAP con los puntos pactados; de parte de eArgentina no estaban dispuestos a tranzar un aliado que se dejó fuera de las negociaciones eBrasil.

Tal como en el NAP pasado eArgentina tenía temas pendientes con eBrasil, y se dejó de lado al negociar el pacto entre nuestras naciones, nosotros pedimos lo mismo, pero, no estaba dispuestos a dejar a sus amigos eBrasil a la deriva. eChile propuso solo los aliados históricos de la región como es para eChile: eParaguay y eBolivia (donde hemos creado lazos fuertes de amistad) y por parte de eArgentina: eUruguay y eColombia (CUA).

Al tratar de integrar a más países al NAP solo se tergiversaron las negociaciones, ellos pedían más de lo que daban, incluso quería a toda eAfrica para ellos, siendo que eChile ganó también las batallas y tenemos muy buenas relaciones con eNigeria. Con el acuerdo se les cedía 2 regiones de eNigeria por tema de bonos, lo cual ellos aceptaron a regañadientes.

La actitud que realmente bajó este tratado es que eArgentina no quisiera perder pan ni pedazo pidiendo que en el NAP estuviera eBrasil, donde propusimos un acuerdo a esto que no tuvo buen recibimiento de parte del CP eArgentino.


Por estas razones se concluyó que no habrá NAP, no se llegó a acuerdo por ambas partes, dándose nuevamente la guerra en Sudamérica.

Si bien es cierto que las negociaciones no llegaron a puerto porque eArgentina pedía demasiado para su estatus de perdedor en la batalla, eChile trato por muchos medios de que quedáramos lo más equiparados y emprender nuevos desafíos ya que borramos a eArgentina dejándolos sin congreso; ellos no quisieron dejar a Brasil ya que se les viene sobre el gobierno todo su congreso, y obvio eChile luchó para ganar cada una de las batallas codo a codo con sus aliados, no desperdiciaremos el esfuerzo que hicieron UK, Chipre y Croacia por nosotros lanzando sus AS a Sudamérica para ayudarnos en la batalla. A todos los amigos con los cuales firmamos MPP cada mes, gracias a todos por darnos su apoyo, seguiremos siendo fieles camaradas de batalla y tal como su apoyo fue fundamental, cada vez que necesiten nuestro daño ahí estaremos.

Dear fellow countrymen,

As well you may know, our NAP with eArgentina could not reach agreement, so as MoFA I will inform you the reasons which provokes the fall of the Non-Agression Pact..

During 3 days this deal was negotiated, so we can give room to our neighbor nations to arrange a ceasefire too. A list of topics to be negotiated was written, thereby easing the point where the requirements of eChile and eArgentina meet.

After two tough meetings made in IRC where both nations participated, while we were taking back the possibility of striking first, the presented points were being negotiated to both Congresses, which were deliberating and voting so the pact reach an agreement and finally we can stop with this war that has a clear winner. In the last meeting which took place the day 2638 eR (february 9th 2015), it was presented the decision of the congressmen. By eChile, the NAP was approved with the pacted points, but by eArgentina, the pact was rejected because it left eBrasil out of negotiations

Same as in the past NAP, when eArgentina had some pending issues with eBrasil, and it was left at a side without taking part of the negotiations between our nations, we asked the same now. eChile proposed to include only the historical local allies in the treaty: by eChile, eParaguay and eBolivia and by eArgentina, eUruguay and eColombia (CUA).

When trying to incorporate more countries in the NAP, the negotiations were distorted. They were requesting more than what they gave, they even wanted whole eAfrica for them, without considering that eChile also win battles and that we have very good relations with eNigeria. In the agreement were yielded two regions of eNigeria because of the bonuses, thing they reluctantly accepted.

The main reason that put this pact down was that eArgentina wanted to has its cake and eat its cake, asking for the inclusion of eBrasil, where we proposed an agreement to this which wasn’t well received by the CP of eArgentina.

So, for the reasons exposed it was concluded that there will not be NAP, both parts couldn’t reach an agreement, starting again the war in eSouthamerica

Although it is true that the negotiations wasn’t successful because eArgentina was asking too much for their status of loser of the battle, eChile tried by many ways that the deal was matched so we can go for new challenges, because we already whiped eArgentina, leaving them without Congress, and obviously eChile fought for winning each one of the battles, side by side with our allies, we are not going to waste the effort that eUK, eCyprus and eCroatia did for us, launching their AS to eSouthamerica for helping us in the battle.
