Part I - Introduction

Welcome to the 2nd edition of the program features. This edition is covering the DoI program, Bewbs 4 Newbs, another awesome program offered by the DoI!

Part II - History
Bewbs 4 Newbs was originally founded in March of 2011, under a Glove presidency. CRoy was the current DoI at the time, and he wanted to revamp the department from a dying state. Originally, the idea took shape as a thread where people would post pictures of boobs and, in return, receive food. The name "Bewbs for Newbs" stuck, and so is the name today.
The program offered a MoW alternative, and a way for players to get active and involved within the meta-game and the forums. It allowed the DoI to encourage people to join the forums!
Supplies have varied over time, but generally 100 food has been given, along with a few q6 weapons to the poster of the day's best pic. Overall, the program has always aimed to provide food to "newbs".
Now, let's delve into the program's status today.
Part III - Status Quo Today
Currently, Bewbs for Newbs or B4N still stands as a DoI program that actively provides food to those who need it. A dedicated team keeps the program running:

Staff - Mazzy Cat
Current Requirements:
-eUS Citizenship
Current Supply Levels:
-400 Health Daily
-Winner of Day's Sexiest Pic: Additional 200 Health, 10 q7 Tanks

Remember, only one request per day.

I have a question. What if someone doesn't want to show any boobs to get food because it is against that ecitizen's beliefs. Can that ecitizen still get food from this efederal aid program?
