It looks like it is time for me to come out of retirement because you bi***es be boring without me. I would like to thank Klop for inspiring me to come out of retirement and for supporting my run for CPF PP.
Why do I want to be CPF PP?
There are players who through their personality and actions are able to get people interested and involved, I am one of those people. The fact is I have successfully created eCanada's largest Cult of Personality. I have the ability to inspire eCanada to get involved, even if that means getting involved to stop my nefarious plots. I have the ability to create a narative when Canada needs it most. Now, is one of those times.
Canada is faced with the possibility of a long-term wipe. Can I change that? I'm not sure anyone can, but I will work hard to try. What I can do though, is keep Canada engaged and involved until we're able to free ourselves. I can promise to keep CPF and Canada engaged and interested until we're able to be freed. This is by far my single greatest gift in this game, keeping people interested and participating.
I'm not asking you to vote for me because I'm loyal to CPF or because I'm the best friend you have ever had, we know I'm not those things. I'm asking for your support because by electing me you will be voting for a PP who is going to make people want to log in everyday to see what crazy sh** he's going to do next. People will log in to fight against me because I am the guy Canada loves to hate. That's who I am, and right now that's who CPF and Canada need.
If elected I promise to provide CPF and Canada with the leadership, showmanship, and controversy you all deserve and crave. I will inspire some and piss off others, but I guarantee you'll log in to find out which I'm going to do.
tl;dr: A vote for DMV is a vote for boobs and fun!

Rylde has a much bigger cult of personality surrounding him. I'm not sure it's even close really. Even historically I think you would be measured and found wanting. Canada has had a number of very interesting characters.
What you are however, is a very good polemicist. You also have very good instincts once in power... it's the getting there that seems to trip you up from time to time. ; )
I don't particularly care about power. I know how to obtain it, but I don't particularly want it. I play a part, and when Canada desperately needs leadership I do step up and help, but mostly I just have fun playing the opposition. Being the fauthful opposition is more interesting to me than actually having power in most instances.

Well, 2 things I would point out. Your retirement didn't last long and you were looking for some way to break up the 'establishment'. I knew you couldn't keep your fingers out of the pie for long. I think everyone realized that. Also quite interesting that every couple of months you flip flop from wanting to promote revolution (aligning yourself with SUFFER), now working with the establishment in CPF (because you know that if anything is to be accomplished you'll have to get along).

those are called "elections", not PTO's. see, when a dude gets other dudes to vote for him because they like him and they support what he stands for, that's called an election. It doesn't matter whether of not you personally support that dude. But, don't label it as some covert, underhanded action simply because you choose to disagree with a person's politic or position.
You may not like a DMV, but, he's a citizen and he meets eligibility requirements for running for office in eCanada. You may not like the people who vote for him but they are eCanadian citizens as well and were admitted into the country per game mechanics.
eRep politics and elections are flawed and corruptable by any reasonable standards, but, we gotta dance with the one that brung us. As such, I will exercise my eRep rights and move to the party of whichever candidate offers me the best price for my vote. Its the eRepublic way!

Precisely. According to game mechanics, there are no such things as PTOs. PTOs are inventions of the meta-game, expectations and norms imposed by (and occasionally rejected by) communities of players. What's unrestricted is not always appropriate.
