Beste burgers van eNederland,
Dit is het verkiezingsprogramma van Democratisch Nederland voor de komende Congresverkiezingen.
Onze hoofdpunten:
- De regering controleren op zinvol beleid
- Het vechten voor meer Transparantie
- Organiseren van Fun Events
- De bevolking meer betrekken bij besluitvoering
Hieronder volgen de punten, met een korte toelichting:
Algemeen
Democratisch Nederland wil een partij zijn voor alle burgers uit eNederland. Onze focus ligt op democratie, vrijheid, transparantie, verantwoordelijkheid en respect.
Democratisch Nederland vind het belangrijk samen te werken met leden van verschillende ervaringsniveau's, met als doel dat iedereen van elkaar kan leren. Een oude rot hoeft niet persee een beter standpunt te hebben, dan een nieuw lid. Naar elke mening wordt geluisterd.
Democratisch Nederland staat voor een sterke economie en stabiel beleid, om er voor te zorgen dat de burgers van eNederland optimaal kunnen leven, werken en ondernemen.
Taken van de Regering
Het Congres staat boven de regering. De belangrijkste taak van het Congres is daarom ook het controleren van het Regeringsbeleid en het niet kwakkeloos overnemen van wetsvoorstellen.
De Congresleden van Democratisch Nederland zal elke regering toetsen of ze voldoet aan de eisen die gesteld worden. Democratisch Nederland vind dat elke regering minimaal aan onderstaande punten moet voldoen:
- Het bewaken van onze grenzen via:
a. Fysieke bewaking door een goed Defensie apparaat
b. Goede controle aan de grens door het SCI en het voorkomen van PTO situaties
c. Goede controle op nieuwe burgers en het voorkomen van PTO situaties
- Helpen van burger bij zijn of haar spel:
a. Uitleggen Game Mechanics door middel van artikelen, masterclasses, etc.
b. Ondersteuning door middel van subsidies
- Het actief bewaken van onze regio's
- Bewaking van onze inkomsten en uitgaven
- Organiseren van events om de activiteit in de community te bevorderen.
Overige taken zoals Recruitment zijn ook belangrijk, maar kunnen beter niet worden uitgevoerd dan maar half. Het gebeurd nog veels te vaak dat een onervaren persoon verantwoordelijk wordt gemaakt voor deze rol. Democratisch Nederland vind dat je beter niet kan doen, als de kwaliteit van het werk niet kan worden gegarandeerd.
De regering bespreekt belangrijke zaken niet altijd met het Congres maar via een ingame pm thread waar niet alle partijen in betrokken zijn. Dit vind Democratisch Nederland een onwenselijke situatie.
De regering moet het volk beter op de hoogte houden van wat er allemaal gebeurd. Er is veel te weinig communicatie geweest over de verhuizing naar Canada. De President heeft aangegeven 4 regio's op Canadees grondgebied geregeld te hebben, maar we hebben er tot nu toe maar één. Hoe zit dat? En betalen we Canada voor deze services? Sinds een paar dagen is er wel iets gedeeld op het Congres forum, maar de bevolking heeft recht op Informatie!
Transparantie
De regering werkt met geld dat is verkregen op diverse manieren. Via belastingen of donaties, maar ook op wat minder zichtbare manieren. Afgelopen weken heeft Democratisch Nederland inzicht gevraagd naar de opbrengsten vanuit programma's die niet in de openbare Financial Sheet worden meegenomen.
Het liefste zou Democratisch Nederland zien, dat alle financien in deze sheet worden meegenomen. Dit resulteerde op een hoop tegenstand. Veel mensen willen dit om diverse niet publiek beschikbaar stellen. Als compromis hebben we toen voorgesteld dit dan te doen in de private congress sectie, waar alleen de regering en het congres toegang toe hebben.
De regering houdt bewust financiele informatie achter voor het Congress. Dit is tegen de wet en Democratisch Nederland wil dit graag opgelost zien. Congress requests the Government to provide Congress a monthly report of the MM project. The report contains at least the total amount of money used in the project and the monthly profit made This can be done in the private section of Congress, to provide secrecy.
Betrokkenheid Burgers
De regering besluit nu veels te veel achter de schermen. De burgers moeten veel vaker worden betrokken bij beslissingen. Dit kan makkelijk worden gedaan door meer ingame artikels en Referendums te organiseren.

General
Democratisch Nederland wants to be a party for all citizens in eNetherlands. Our focus is in democracy, freedom, transparency, responsibility and respect.
Democratisch Nederland thinks it's important to work together, with members with different expirience levels. We can all learn from eachother. Every opinion will be heard.
Democratisch Nederland will fight for a strong economy and stable policy, to ensure the citizens of eNetherlands to live and work optimally.
Tasks of the Government
The Government is subject to the authority of the Congress of the eNetherlands. Therefor one of the major tasks of Congress is to check on the policies of the Government. And not just vote yes on every proposal.
The Congress Members of Democratisch Nederland will check every Government if they fit the requirements below:
- Defending our borders:
a. Fysical defending our borders through a good Defense organisation
b. Good checking at the border by SCI to prevent PTO situations
c. Good checking on new citizens to prevent PTO situations
- Helping the citizen with his or her game:
a. Explain Game Mechanics through articles, masterclasses, etc.
b. Supporting citizens through subsidies
- Active guarding our region's
- Guarding our finances
- Organize events to keep our community active
Other tasks like Recruitment are important as well, but can better be skipped than done half. It happens all the time, some inexperienced person gets responsible for this job and it fails. Democratisch Nederland thinks you can better skip it for a month if you cannot guarantee the quality of the work.
The government isnt discussing all important matters with Congress, but in a ingame pm thread, that not include all parties. This is according to Democratisch Nederland an unwanted situation.
The government should inform the people better than they are doing right now. There is too little communication about our migration to Canada. The President stated we will get 4 regions on Canadian territory, but we still have just one. What was agreed? How much are we paying? A little more information is release on the Congress forum a couple of days ago, but the government needs to inform the people aswell!
Transparency
The government works with money that is gathered via multiple ways, via taxes, donations, but also via less visible ways. Last weeks Democratisch Nederland worked hard to get more insight on those transactions. We wanted to see how much was earned in those programs and how much money there currently is in. These numbers are not shown in the public Financial Sheet.
We would love to include these transactions or a monthly summary in the Financial Sheet. We ran into great resistance for that. A lot of people dont want these numbers to be public because of different reasons. As compromise we suggested to share it via the private Congress section, where only the Government and Congress have access to.
The government is knowingly holding back financial information for Congress. This is against the Law. Democratisch Nederland wants to have this issue fixed. The government is acting way too much behind curtains. Citizens should be involved by descissions more often. This can be done easily by publishing more articles or organizing Referendums.
