[Dan/naD] Home Affairs Part 1

The Introduction
Yesterday I announced that I was running for CP so today is the start of my policy articles. Today I hope to cover the first part of Home Affairs: Education, Information and Population. Please feel free to comment on the article with your views. Everything will be taken into consideration when I release my final list of policies if elected as President.
The Department of Home Affairs
I plan to split home affairs into numerous Ministries. It will cover Education, Information, Population, Immigration, Health and Public Affairs. In this article I will explain what 3 of the ministries will do, why they will do the job, and how it will help the country.
The Ministry of Population
As of 10:00 erep time on day 1591 the population of Switzerland is 312 people. That ranks us 64th overall in the eWorld for population. We need to do something to increase our population and that is where the MoP comes in. We have a small but active community and within that are a few real eSwiss players. My plan is to work with them to spread word about the game round the country so that we can draw in more players.
We would work through Facebook, and other sites with a high proportion of Swiss users so that we could have as large an amount of people seeing the site. There are over 6 million Swiss internet users, so we would only need to pull in 0.005% of that internet population to double our current population. So it is possible to create a small baby boom in eSwitzerland. We will just have to find an active team who is willing to put the time and effort in to help expand our community.
The Ministry of Education
The Education ministers job would be to organise the release of article that help explain the game to new players. They wouldn’t have to write an article every time, they could look through other countries media to find the best articles that will help ensure that new players gain a fuller understanding of how the game works.
The minister would release articles 2-3 time a week and would need to work to find French, German and Italian translations encase new real Swiss citizens sign up and their first language is one of the official languages of Switzerland.
Ministry of Information
The Minister of Information would be tasked with organising articles that pull opinions out of the public. They will work with congress to bring the wider debates to you the people so that we can get a consensus of what the general population want to happen to the country. This would help make more players active and help create a better country in the process.
Also the MoInfo would work to re-release important and factual articles from across the eWorld into our media so that we can see what is going on around the world, as some of it could have an effect on our country.

The is the first part of explaining the Department of Home Affairs. None of this is final and I would like you to discuss it so I can improve areas that you feel may be weak. Also if anyone would like to apply to be in my government if elected please mail me so we can discuss it further.
