That's right, America. Your eyesight is still as solid as your reading comprehension skills are impeccable. After 27 long months, I have decided to finally throw my hat in the ring: I am running for congress in the great state of Illinois.

Yes, there was this one time in France -- a glorious attempt at a political takeover in my youth -- where I got a medal for sitting in congress. No, I don't count that one because it was political maneuver against an enemy.

(No hard feelings, France? We were all so young and crazy back then.)



So what can I bring to congress? Let's see...

Experience? Mostly in the arenas, smiting our enemies with the sword of justice. I've led two branches -- the Mobile Infantry and the Marine Corps -- of the JCS forces (formerly the eUS military) in the past and served as an adviser to their leadership for approximately 20 months. I was also involved in the creation of our new military and subsequently served as the first commanding officer of the Regular Army of the United States Armed Forces. I've also seen my fair share of Main St. economics, creating jobs and providing the supplies our countrymen need to join me in those killing fields. What can I say? I'm a sucker for American firepower.

Activity? Regularly keeping tabs on the changes our government makes at the American national forums (not a member? you should be: http://eusaforums.com/) or by the more live option of IRC. Does this mean I'll be online at every beckon call? No, I'm afraid not. Were I that active, I'd have applied for Emerick's job long before now... not this one. However, I feel my level of activity more than qualifies me for the responsibilities of this office.



If you find no better ally to drive to a victory on the 25th, then vote for me. I won't promise hope and change, but I will promise insightful and competent leadership with healthy doses of activity.



I'll be looking forward to seeing Americans everywhere take a minute for their right to vote and, with your blessing, send me to do some dirty work of national importance on your behalf.

Doğru bildin Amerika. Okuma becerin kusursuzken gözlerin de sapasağlam. 27 Aydan sonra, büyük Illinois eyaletinden milletvekili adayı olmaya karar verdim.

Fransa’dayken olmuşu bir kez –gençken başarılı bir PTO denemesi yapmıştık—ki mecliste oturduğum için de bir madalya almıştım. Ama onu saymıyorum tabii, düşmana karşı yapılmış bir hamleydi sadece.

Bu her çağrıda hazır olacağım anlamına mı geliyor, korkarım hayır. Bu kadar aktif olsaydım, çok daha önce Emerick’in işine talip olurdum. Ancak yine de aktivite seviyem beni bu iş için yeterince uygun kılıyor.
