{CPF} Update, Jan. 18

Day 1,886, 20:38 Published in Canada Canada by Funky 24

Salutations reader.

The wise elite of the Canadian Progressive Front have rewarded me with the task of leading our media front, to keep the party's progressive viewpoint visible in the minds of every Canadian. Well, really it was just Auk telling me I was supposed to write articles. Never said what precisely to put in them, so I assume I have supreme discretion. Which is justified if you consider how I just managed to put together the words front, progressive and Canadian in a prior sentence. Clearly then, my literary potency is above all others.

Dispensing with the obvious, in case you missed the almost as good CPF media content of recent days, here's a summary:

Auk's Commencement article as Party President
Get updated on what our leader has in store for eCanada's Premier party.

The esteemed Michael 23 gives us his thoughts on another term as a CPF Congressman
Good recap of fiscal and military developments with comprehensive ideas about our diplomatic situation, player retention, the party's continued output and input of activity, with an added emphasis on playing nice.

milestailsprower's opinion of the PTO Attempt on Clan Wolf
Didn't I just mention playing nice?

The CPF has also begun collecting submissions from the membership on a party slogan. Simply give us a phrase or sentence that you think captures the essence of party and is memorable. Sort of like "Supporting eCanada's Militaries", minus the thoughts of redundancy, regress and irrelevancy that one conjures up.

Play nice, got it, sorry.

You can send it privately, publicly or through our Moose Call PM thread.
Since I'm unsure of whether or not I should reveal some of the submissions so far, I thought I would share some of my own in case you are having difficulty.

"Progressive Politics"
"If you ain't progressive, you ain't impressive"
"If you don't like moose, do you lie goose?"
"If you don't like moose, ask help from Zeus".
"CPF: For when the [insert party] eventually screws us over"
"Justice, liberty and equality are the CPF's quality"
"Progressive, aggressive!"
"Progressive in mind, aggressive in war"
"Keeping the True North strong and free!"

As this is, in fact, a competition I imagine there is a reward, so if you're the materialist type, what's the risk in taking a shot?

Congressional elections are also coming up. Simply express your interest (PM, feed, article) and you'll be ranked favourably. Promise that you'll uphold the Tenets of the party, will stay active, contribute to debate in a positive manner and there will little in your way to getting a safe spot!

Until next time, I'll see you out there.

The CPF is a party that welcomes all who care about a responsible, accountable and positive government to our halls. There are many opportunities available for newer players, so please, consider joining us!
