[CPF] Thank You Members! PP Inaugural Address

I would like to thank all the members of the Canadian Progressive Front that voted for me yesterday and entrusted me with another term as your Party President. I expect a great month for the party, and all eCanada as a whole.

Cross-Party Politics and Recent Affairs

Now we get to the meat of things. The last few days have seen the MDP rise significantly in numbers, surpassing Clan Wolf and the CPF. Today the MDP just surpassed the CPF in member count by one. But I am fine with that, eCanada ebbs and floes, and for the MDP it is a good day, but it is only downhill from here.

I would like to remind the CPF that this party has outlasted all the others before it and will continue to march onwards. We are still up net thirty members from when I became PP back in August, to put things in perspective.

And unless you've been living under a rock, you've probably noticed the tension between the MDP and CPF. Hopefully the worst of the mudslinging from both sides is over, but rest assured the CPF will follow its tenets and promote a positive political atmosphere henceforth.

I am happy however, to say that Clan Wolf and the CPF will continue to be friends, and I plan to foster more cooperation with them with a joint Clan Wolf/CPF PM to discuss issues in. More details later on that one.



Congress Election Season!

With PP elections concluded, the Congress election season has begun! The new Congressional rules I will implement mean that if you are a CPF member who wants into Congress, you must show that you are actively involved with the party, and I must be able to trust you will make the right decisions in our Congress team, newspaper articles detailing your plans will be helpful in this regard.

Conclusion

Again, I must thank the CPF for electing me, I have already gotten started getting our affairs in order and truly think this month will be a great one. Half of the Moose Calls are already sent, check your inbox! For the other half, I am still waiting for a few friend requests to be accepted before sending.

Also as an announcement, an official CPF recruitment drive will be starting in the next couple of days.
