Hallo Germark,

anbei ein kurzes Update. 80% des Kongresses haben sich für einen neuen Vertrag mit Polen ausgesprochen, vorgestern fand deshalb ein Meeting mit den polnischen Vertretern statt, bei dem einzelne Vertragsdetails geklärt wurden. Der Entwurf sieht folgendermaßen aus:


Agreement between Germany and Poland.
- German representative: BadMax, President of Germany.
- Polish representative: Prophet009, President of Poland.

1. Germany will NE Poland which will gain German core territories (Poland must win all battles).

2. Germany will hold 4 regions: Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg, Brandenburg and Berlin, Mecklemburg-Western Pomerania
a) The Danish-German Union will be recognised and respected by Poland.

3. Poland will hold 9 regions: Lower Saxony and Bremen, Thuringia, Saxony, Bavaria, Hesse, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, North Rhine-Westfalia. These regions will not be given up at any moment to any other country.
a) Germany agrees on any kind of swaps between regions mentioned in point 3. This is for purpose of resetting determination multiplier to damage done on resistance side. Poland is deciding about every swap, as well as the multiplier needed to reset.
b) All regions that will be left after each region swaps (for resetting determination multiplier) will belong to Germany for the time of resetting.
c) In order to help in a route swap in the future Germany will set NE against Poland as soon as possible. Such law will be given on the request of Poland. Germany must lose first battle and give initative in war to Poland

4. Germany will not start or support any resistance wars in regions mentioned in point 3.

5. If Poland looses control over one of the regions from point 3:
- Germany will NE Poland as soon as it is possible,
- after seven days when all regions from point 3 are in control of Poland, a peace treaty (eRepublik law) will be signed and NE will be closed,
- all regions from point 2 (if are in control of Poland) will be given back to Germany.

6. Poland agrees to give 100% of the German taxes back to the Germany.

7. This agreement starts with the date of signing and will be renewed every 7th of month at 12:00 eRepublik time automatically, if both parties will not agree otherwise.

8. Poland will keep the regions in Germany, unhindered by any of the German allies in other words allied nations to Germany will not support nor try to liberate any of the regions from Poland mentioned in point 3.

This treaty will come into immediate effect when the following 2 conditions have been met:
- Both Country Presidents and Representatives mentioned above agree with this proposal,
- Both sides have published this treaty in the official state newspaper of their countries.


Default routes are:
1. Northern Bohemia - Southern bohemia - Bavaria - Baden Wurtenberg (as connection to france) - Hesse - North Rhine Westphalia (connection to Netherlands)
2. Saxony - Thuringia - Lower Saxony and Bremen (connection to NL) - Rhineland Palatinate/Hesse - Saarland (connection to France)

Poland reseves the rights to use those paths whenever it is needed, mostly only for the time of resetting determination multiplier.


Wichtig ist also vor allem, dass wir 100% unserer Steuern wieder bekommen werden, die Polen dürfen dafür zwei verschiedene Routen besetzen, jedoch nicht zur selben Zeit. Wir halten dann, je nachdem welche Route gerade besetzt ist, die übrigen Regionen. Der Kongress stimmt derzeit über den Vertrag ab, ich werde euch informieren, wenn es ein Ergebnis gibt. Sachsen soll zudem gewonnen werden, die Polen werden da nicht ernsthaft kämpfen, um die Determination niedrig zu halten.

a quick update. 80% of Congress approved a new treaty with Poland, so the day before yesterday a meeting with the Polish representatives took place, in which the individual contract details were clarified. The treaty looks as follows:

Above all, it is important that we will get 100% of our taxes again, the Poles get two different routes, but not at the same time. We will get the regions from the route that is not used by the poles. The Congress is currently voting on the contract.I will inform you if there is a result. Saxony should be won, Poland isnt going to fight there to lower the determination.
