Ladies and gentlemen,

second week of my mandate is over, one of the most turbulent weeks in the history of this country.

You have been following situation and now you're probably expecting answers and explanations to some questions. Of course I will try to explain and answer all in the following article.

Also if you have specific questions, feel free to place them in a comment below.



Foreign affairs and defense:

Last week we decided to get some action and launch an airstrike, because for a long time we had no offensive war. In the past years, we only fought against Slovenia and Romanian TO-ers.

Our airstrike target was Cuba. Why? Well because they had good income and their military strength was similar to ours.

The first reaction of Cubans has been very positive in the sense that they extolled its power and disparages our move. I got a message from their CP in which he threatened with support from the United States. Their officials were also convinced of their victory and demanded to stop attacks in our favor. Of course our government unanimously decided to continue the attack, however. Some of their officials also offered TW instead of war, but refused to pay costs of our AS, which was really unacceptable for us.

First day of war:

Attack on Oriente. With high CO and help from our allies we managed to win without any problems. Interesting thing is that we had big support from Serbia and Slovenia, probably because of big CO, also interesting thing is that priority of Slovenian MoD was RW in Italy.

Before the attack we decided to sign more MPPs and renew old ones:

MPPs signed with:

Macedonia
Philippines
Chile
Croatia

Note: Spain refused to renew MPP with us, the reasons are not known.
Bulgaria refused to sign MPP because they didn't wanted to harm their MPP with Slovenia. They also expected Slovenian attack on Switzerland.
Wafrey II funded all signed MPPs, so state costs are 0cc.

Second day of war:

Again with high CO we managed to take Las Villas very easily, without big resistance of Cubans. On this day Slovenia set Cuba as 2nd priority, and 1st was Italian RW still, so we decided to contact Slovenian officials and try to talk about future of our core regions since we knew they had intentions to take some of them. And yes, we knew that Slovenians will fight for Cubans since they signed MPP last month, that was expected and logically.

Third day of war:

Last attack on Cuba in order to conquer them completely started in the morning.
Our big CO again did a great job, and we've won. When victory was obvious we've got ultimatum from Slovenia.

"1. You move away from Cuba immediately, we let you be for the next 14 days, how that sounds?
2. Or you continoue attack on to our allie and we hit after you?"

Of course we couldn't accept this terms, so Slovenia proposed Switzerland as NE.
In the same time Canada launched expected AS on us, probably trying to help Cuba.

In the same day when we attacked last Cuban region, RW was launched in Oriente by the Swiss citizen Wafrey II who had intentions to establish a dictatorship in Cuba. The resistance war was supported by a large CO from Wafrey's unit, so Cuba won and got liberated. Later we spoke with Wafrey and he realized that MTO is a very bad idea and all actions are stopped, so now we are starting another NE law on Cuba, in order to recover control of Oriente.

Meanwhile we got another offer from Slovenia, which is very acceptable if it is serious.

They offered us 1 core region, maybe even 2, and also 2 regions in Cuba. In that case we would let Cuba have 1 region for congress which is very good for them considering their situation.
But we are still waiting for Slovenian respond.

Canadian airstrike:

They will accept the law, and probably attack our regions in Cuba. But we don't worry that much. Our defense is ready and we demanded help from our allies.

We already got support from Egypt who have launched counter-airstrike on Canada.

Plans for the next week:

1. Maintaining high contacts with allies
2. Continuation of negotiations with Slovenia
3. Establishing contact with Cuban officials
4. Calming the situation, depending on the possibilities

Eurovision - Voting results:

Last week, you voted for the representative of Switzerland at the next Eurovision in our country, and you decided that singer Sebalter with song Hunter of Stars will represent us.

The Amazing Race - Episode 1:

If you followed our news, you could participate in this event. Our Minister Black Whiter organized episode 1, but results for our players were bad, and that's why you need to follow next episodes and try to earn more points for our country.

Expect more informations from our Minister.




Finances:

A lot of money has been spent on airstrike.
You can expect fully report after military actions are over.
I just can say that we are financially stable.
