*A Presidential Overview*

Here's a little something for all of you who are too lazy to go through walls and walls of text.
I present to you, my (sized down, layman's) platform for April '09.


Military
- A more active military
(Total awesomeness)
- More funding for those branches that clear out the inactive (Mainly Army)
Incentive to do so.
- Re-Structuring
Let the military do their own thing, so long as they are able to carry out orders efficiently with results. But military affairs isn't exactly a good playground for politics.
- War Tactics Council
Helping along with the JCS, serving as a 'translator' and well as an alternative strategy to the JCS.
- USA isn't that strong
We're better than average, but we're not as strong as say, Romania and Indonesia. So don't act like it.

Atlantis
- Becoming a 'PR Machine'
Countering Peace's propaganda with our own, we have a population advantage, let's take advantage of it. 😃 (Posting articles to vote up on public forums or email list)
- Stay in Atlantis
- Alternative Tactics
Taking advantage of our strengths, and we've been getting our ass kicked by traditional warfare
- Traditional Warfare
Don't be idiots and activate tons of MPPs (>.>) We need collaborative attacks with Atlantis, and smart wars, that we can win without f'ing up.
- New Members
We need to get new members. One, that makes them not in Peace. Two, that makes them Atlantis. Tricky, huh?
- The Grand Scheme
It's a game of Atlantis vs. Peace. Main word game. We're both playing to win, or at least Peace is. Why shouldn't we?

Communication
- Congress
A balance of power between Congress and the prez, keeping lines of communication open for informing of pertinent information to Congress
- American Public
Polling the American public (general opinion) via the Minister of Public Affairs, and articles from various branches of government to inform the public about their doings, i.e., EC about tax policy
- Advisers
More heads are better. (😮)

Other
-PANEC Taxes
This is a compromise...And are open to be re-evauluated soon by the EC. IF they turn out for the worst, use the EC to provide a base plan, then send it through the proper Congressional committee to debate, and finally through Congress to vote on.
