Додаток І до Угоди про Дружбу між Аргентиною, Туреччиною та Україною.

Даний додаток, який діє автономно з рангом Закону, приймається дивлячись на тісні стосунки між націями нижчепідписаних країн, на основі вищевказаної Угоди та як доповнення до законодавства країн-підписувачей стосовно видачі громадянств іноземцям.

З метою сприяти виробникам зброї та їжі для постачання національних військових юнітів, чи по іншим причинам як культуральний обмін, тощо, сторони приймають:


1. Що кожна країна-підписувач щомісячно надасть кожнму з двох інших країн-підписувачей 10 своїх громадянств для її громадян на нищевказаних умовах.

2. Що процедура для вищевказаних ефектів є наступною:

2.1 Міністри Закордонних Справ, після проведення попередніх процедур, які вважають необхідними, направляють приватне повідомлення на ім”я Президента та МЗС інтересуючої країни-підписника в якому вказує список своїх громадян, яким просить надати громадянство.

2.2 Президент та/чи МЗС країни приймача інформують Конгрес, через канал, який вважають ефективним, про отриманий запит та список для ефектів прийняття їх клопотань про надачу громадянства.

2.3 Чергові конгресисти країни приймача, в максимальний термін 24 годин, схвалюють заявки на громадянство іноземців вказаних в вищеназваному списку.
2.3.1 Конгрес країни приймача залишають за собою право відхилити заявку подану запропонованими іноземцями, мотивовано поіформуваши про це МЗС країни-підписувача, що направила клопотання.


3. Вищеназвана процедура є спеціальним каналом набути громадянство направлене для громадян країн-підписувачів Угоду про Дружбу між АТУ відповідно до вказаної процедури, яка не запобігає громадянам країн АТУ просити, та отримувати, громадянства інших країн-підписувачів згідно їх національному законодавтсву.


4. Конгреси кожної з країн-підписувачів ратифікували цей Додаток, щоб дати йому статус Закону.

Annex I to the Friendship Agreetment between Argentina, Turkey and Ukraine

This Annex, which acts independently with force of law, it is agreed in view of the proximity of the nations of the countries signatories of the said Agreement and in addition to the laws of each signatory state, concerning the granting of citizenship to foreigners.

In order to benefit producers of weapons and food to supply the national MU's and cultural exchange reasons or other reasons, the parties agree:

1. Each state-signer awarded monthly to each of the two other states-signatories 10 protocol citizenship to their citizens, provided that the procedure specified below.

2. That the procedure for item above is as follows:

2.1 The Ministers of Foreign Affairs, following the preliminary they see fit, draw up an instance by private message on behalf of the President and MoFA-signer of the country concerned, which gives the list of citizens of their country of citizenship applicants another country for the purposes of this Annex.

2.2 The Chairman and / or host country MoFA report to Congress, by effectively consider, on the instance and ready to be received for the purposes approved their applications.

2.3 The Congress of turn of the recipient country, within 24 hours, approve applications for foreign citizens mentioned in the list above named.
2.3.1 The host country's Congress reserves the right not to grant citizenship to any of the proposed foreign, it reasoned report to MoFA-signer of the country that sent the request.


3. The procedure described above is a special channel for citizenship directed to citizens of countries-signatories to the Agreement of Friendship between ATU under
procedure does not prevent citizens choose to apply, and if necessary obtain the citizenship of other countries in inland ATU under national law.

4. The Congresses of each of the countries-signatories ratified this Annex to provide a range of Law
