FRIENDSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN eARGENTINA, eTURKEY AND eUKRAINE


Chapter I: Purposes and Principles

By signing the Friendship Agreement, eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine acknowledge the good relations that bind their countries together and hereby commit to the speedy and full implementation of this Agreement which shall make a significant contribution to
promoting peace and reducing the likelihood of conflict in the Black Sea region and shall make their friendship stronger.

This Agreement signifies that all parties are ready to overcome their history when eUkraine was an object of aggression and occupation by eTurkey and brings a consistent period of respect and mutual help, being signed on the basis of cooperation and friendship between good friends.

All parties to this Agreement share joint concern regarding continuing aggression of ePoland and eSerbia against eUkraine as well as current tensions between eBulgaria and eTurkey which may lead to escalation of the military conflict in the Black Sea region thus impeding current plans of eTurkey to remain faithful ally of the EDEN alliance. Thus, by signing this Agreement the Parties purport to create the area of peace and stability in the Black Sea region showing an example of mutual understanding and readiness to overcome the RL problems and forget old eRepublic disputes and conflicts for the sake of better future for all citizens of the Parties.

We, the countries that signed the Friendship Agreement, wish to continue to increase this level of cooperation and friendship between our peoples, working as well to ensure peace and to protect the sovereignty of each of our countries.

Article 1: Territorial Integrity

By signing the Friendship Agreement, eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine hereby swear to respect each other’s territorial integrity. These countries also agree on the following points:

1. Commitment by the three states to respect each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,

2. Commitment to non‐interference in the internal affairs of the other state and the rejection of the use of force, as well as a commitment to equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful coexistence.

Article 2: Pact of Non-Aggression

Under the Friendship Agreement, these countries agree to sign a permanent Pact of Non-Aggression that will continue to last as long as this treaty is valid. This pact lays its foundation on the following points:

1. eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine hereby swear not to declare war on each other. Obvious exceptions for this rule are any Region Swaps and Training Wars, decided by bilateral agreements.
2. Should one of the Parties become the object of belligerent action by a third Power, the other Parties shall in no manner lend its support to this third Power (be it military, economic or diplomatic). This includes the deployment of troops, signing of MPPs or donation of funds to enemy nations.
3. Any PTO attempts (even those non-affiliated with any governments) against any of the other countries, are to be fiercely condemned and fought against.
4. Economic relations are not to be hindered by Trade Embargoes.
5. The Parties recognise position of eUkraine as current member of EDEN alliance and commit themselves to the continuation of eTurkey and eArgentina intents to remain faithful ally of the EDEN and TERRA. Thus, the Parties hereby undertake to refrain from any unilateral aggressive acts against any member of the EDEN alliance. This Agreement shall be terminated in case if any of the Parties launches an aggressive act against any country which is member of the EDEN alliance at that time.
6. For the avoidance of any doubt nothing in this Agreement prevents any of the Parties from taking such protective measures against aggression by any of the third Powers (whether they are members of the EDEN or not) which they believe to be appropriate under the circumstances.

Chapter II: Mutual Protection and Cooperation

Article 1: Military Protection

Under this agreement, eArgentina, eTurkey and eUkraine will guarantee the independence of each other and ensure that it is kept, not only in territorial but also in political terms.

1. Mutual Protection Pacts are to be signed and constantly renewed between these nations as needed.
2. In the case that one of these countries is wiped or loses the majority of their resources, at the request of their President, their army will be able to migrate their companies into any member of this Treaty, so as to use their bonuses to continue the war effort. While enjoying their hosts hospitality, these armies will be forbidden to interfere on political affairs.
3. For avoidance of any doubt, none of the Parties shall be under obligation to help other Party in aggressive war against EDEN alliance, in case if such other Party launches an aggressive act against any country which is member of the EDEN alliance at that time.

Article 2: Political Protection

In the case that one of these countries is under threat of an enemy Political Take-Over, at the request of this country’s President, the other ones will be expected to:

1. Attend a strategic summit, concerning the organization of Anti Political Take-Over efforts.
2. Publicly denounce the said PTO to raise awareness.
3. Organize a joint task-force with members of all other three nations, which will travel to the threatened country and act according to the Anti Take-Over objectives, leaving as soon as the immediate danger is over. The constitution of this force will bear in mind the gravity of the PTO threat, along with what each country is able to provide.

Article 3: Social and Diplomatic cooperation

Always respecting the individual interests of EDEN and each others, the countries who are under this Treaty agree to:

1. Share any information which can threaten the safety of these nations.
2. Defend these countries’ interests inside EDEN.
3. Promote contact between their peoples’, by organizing monthly games between citizens. This task will be the responsibility of each Government, who is expected to convene in a summit of the board to discuss the nature of these competitions.

Chapter III: Concerning the Treaty’s Organization

Under the Friendship Agreement, each country has equal rights, regardless of population size and military strength. While we do not seek to have the weight of a military alliance, we recognize the importance of having proper organization.

1. The parties agree in create a board composed of the elected CP, MOFAs and MoDs of each country, for coordination and take of decisions relative to the affairs of this Agreetment.
2. To fulfill the previous point, the parties agree in create a channel for communication for the Presidents, MoFAs and MoDs and other representatives of each country.

Chapter IV: Concerning the flexibility of the treaty

This treaty is based on the interests of each of signing countries at a certain point in time. Any signing country can call for an update of the agreement whenever it is judged necessary. Each modification has to be accepted by all parties in order to take effect. Should these negotiations fail and the said country is unable to make its update proposal approved, it may leave the treaty by notification in a official article of the country president. .

УГОДА ПРО ДРУЖБУ МІЖ еАРГЕНТИНОЮ, еТУРЕЧЧИНОЮ ТА еУКРАЇНОЮ


Глава I: Засади та принципи

Підписуючи договір про дружбу, еАргентина, еТуреччина і еУкраїна затверджують хороші відносини, які пов'язують країни, і тим самим беруть на себе зобов'язання якнайшвидшого і повного виконання цієї угоди, яка має зробити значний внесок у зміцнення миру і зниження ймовірності конфліктів у Чорноморському регіоні і зробить їх дружбу міцнішою.

Ця угода визначає, що всі сторони готові перегорнути сторінку історії, коли еУкраїна була об'єктом агресії і окупації з боку еТуреччини і знаменує початок тривалого періоду поваги та взаємної допомоги. В основу цієї Угоди покладено принципи співробітництва і дружби між хорошими союзниками.

Всі учасники цієї Угоди спільно стурбовані з приводу триваючої агресії еПольщі і eСербії проти еУкраїни, а також нинішньої напруженої ситуації між eБолгарією і еТуреччиною, котрі можуть призвести до ескалації військового конфлікту в Чорноморському регіоні і таким чином перешкоджають діючим планам еТуреччини залишатися вірним союзником альянсу EDEN. Таким чином, підписавши дану Угоду сторони передбачають створення зони миру і стабільності в регіоні Чорного моря, та дають приклад порозуміння і готовності до подолання РЛ проблем і старих суперечок та конфліктів в eRepublic заради кращого майбутнього для громадян цих країн.

Ми, країни, які підписали цей договір про дружбу, засвідчуємо цим свій намір збільшувати рівень співробітництва і дружби між нашими народами, працюючи над забезпеченням миру і захисту суверенітету кожної з наших країн.

Пункт 1. Територіальна цілісність

Підписуючи договір про дружбу, еАргентина, еТуреччина і еУкраїна клянуться поважати територіальну цілісність один одного, в тому числі беруть на себе наступні зобов’язнання:

1. Зобов'язання трьох держав поважати суверенітет і територіальну цілісність один одного.

2. Зобов'язання невтручання у внутрішні справи один одного та відмова від застосування сили, а також зобов’язання рівності і взаємної вигоди, мирного співіснування.

Пункт 2. Пакт про ненапад

Під договором про дружбу, ці країни погоджуються підписати постійний пакт про ненапад, який буде тривати так довго, як це буде можливо. Цей договір визначає наступні пункти:

1. еАргентина, еТуреччина і еУкраїна клянуться не оголошувати війну один одному. Єдиним очевидним винятком із цього правила можуть бути обмін (своп) регіонів та узгоджені Сторонами тренувальні війни.
2. Якщо одна зі сторін виявиться об'єктом військових дій з боку третьої сили, інша сторона категорично не може надавати підтримку цій третій силі (військову, економічну чи дипломатичну). Це включає в себе розміщення військ, підписання МПП або пожертвування коштів країні-агресору.
3. Будь-яка спроба ПТО однієї із цих країн (навіть якщо така спроба ініціюється іншою аніж Сторони країною) буде суворо засуджуватися і буде вчинятися все необхідне дії для протидії таким спробам.
4. Економічні відносини між Сторонами не будуть yскладнюватися шляхом введення торгівельних ембарго.
5. Сторони визнають позицію еУкраїни як діючого члена союзу ЕДЕН та підтримують прагнення еТуреччини та еАргентини залишатися вірними союзниками ЕДЕН. В звязку із цим Сторони беруть на себе зобов’язання утримуватися від будь-яких односторонніх агресивних дій проти будь-якої країни, члену союзу ЕДЕН. Ця Угода припиняється негайно у випадку, якщо будь-яка із Сторін вчинить агресивні дії проти країни, яка на той момент буде членом союзу ЕДЕН.
6. Для уникнення будь-яких сумнівів, ніщо у цій Угоді не заважає жодній із Сторін вчиняти такі захисні заходи, яка вона вважає доцільними за відповідних обставин, якщо така Сторона стає об’єктом агресії з боку будь-якої третьої Сили (незалежно від того, є та членом ЕДЕН, чи ні).

Глава II: Взаємний захист і співробітництво

Пункт 1. Військовий захист

Відповідно до цієї угоди, еАргентина, еТуреччина і еУкраїна будуть гарантувати незалежність один від одного, як щодо територіальної, так і щодо політичної цілісності.

1. МПП повинні бути підписані і постійно оновлюватися між цими країнами в міру необхідності.
2. У випадку, якщо одна з цих країн буде окупована повністю або втратить велику частину своїх ресурсів, на прохання Президента такої країни її військові підрозділи зможуть перенести свої компанії в будь-яку країну, що є членом цього договору, з тим, щоб використати бонуси для продовження війни. Поки такі гравці тимчасово перебуватимуть громадянами іншої країни, вони зобов’язані утримуватися від втручання в політичні справи країни, що їх прийняла.
3. Для уникнення будь-яких сумнівів, жодна із Сторін не буде зобов'язана допомагати іншій Стороні у агресивній війні проти союзу EDEN, у тому випадку, якщо така Сторона є ініціатором агресивних дії проти будь-якої іншої країни, яка є членом альянсу EDEN на той момент.

Пункт 2. Політичний захист

У випадку, якщо одна з цих країн перебуває під загрозою ворожого ТО, на прохання президента цієї країни, інші виконають наступне:

1. Відвідають стратегічний саміт по організації анти-ТО.
2. Публічно засудять ТО з максимальною інформативністю.
3. Організують спільні групи з представниками всіх трьох країн, які будуть їздити в країни і діяти згідно анти-ТО завдань, і завершать свою діяльність як тільки небезпека закінчиться.

Пункт3. Соціальне та дипломатичне співробітництво

Завжди поважаючи індивідуальні інтереси EDEN і один одного, країни відповідно до цього Договору зобов'язуються:

1. Ділиться будь-якою інформацією, яка може загрожувати безпеці цих країн.
2. Захищати інтереси цих країн в EDEN.
3. Заохочувати контакти між їхніми народами, організовуючи щомісячні ігри між їхніми громадянами. Ці завдання буду покладені на кожен уряд. Характер ігор буде визначатися на саміті, який всі сторони зобов’язані відвідати.

Глава ІІІ. Організація Угоди про Дружбу

Згідно із цією Угодою кожна із Сторін має рівні права незалежно від кількості її громадян та військової сили. Хоча в наміри Сторін не входить створення на основі цієї Угоди військового союзу, Сторони визнають важливість належної організації.

1. Сторони погодилися створити Раду, до складу якої входитимуть обрані Президенти, а також призначені Міністри закордонних справ та оборони від кожної із країн, з метою координації та обговорення рішень, що матимуть вплив на кожну із Сторін.
2. З метою реалізації визначених вище цілей Сторони погоджуються створити спільний канал зв’язку для членів Ради та інших представників кожної із країн.

Глава ІV. Про гнучкість договору

Цей договір заснований на інтересах кожної країни, що його підписала. Будь-яка країна може вимагати оновлення угоди, коли в цьому буде потреба. Кожна зміна має бути прийнята всіма Сторонами для того, щоб вона вступила в силу. Якщо такі переговори не відбудуться і країна не буде в змозі підтримати такі зміни, вона може залишити цю Угоду після офіційного оголошення Президента країни в пресі.
