That's right folks were technically into day 30 of the new dawn and only another year to go until I surpass Woldys total of true dictator medals.
I was told that the rebellion would be "treating it seriously in coordination and supply" and I have to congratulate them for getting everyone prepped, supplied, online and fighting in a co-ordinated fashion......if that is what indeed happened!?
There is great scope here to go into battlefield management but as there is little appetite in the UK for the battlefield I guess we can skip over that and go to the 'hot topic' issue of using the national funds for what seemed (based on fighters to memership totals) one parties efforts for 'la gloire'.
In the first days of dictatorship I took control of the CP orgs and request/was handed the passwords to the MoD org and GPFF org.
I informed Huey (and Talon who was in attendance) that the rest of the orgs and whatever money they had on them or that was 'safeguarded' they could do with as they wish.
My assumption was that they would either continue MM fishing or using the national funds for national needs/social programs but I didn't care either way.
Now despite being an elected congressmember - I'm not included in any congress discussions. I am guessing however that there was some kind of vote on using the funds in the manner they did so, even if it was a bit of a zimbabwe style process used. I also assume that Huey or that other guy no-one has heard of has entered the loss into a spreadsheet and is also aware of where the extra 500,000cc above the cost of starting the battle went.
Either way that's between all you players that have chipped into the treasury and them 'Muh Democracy' boys - I have not taken or used a penny of national cash whether it was supplying you in the 'League of Allies' event, CO's or other expenditure.
Resource concession and new determination rules are still driving the activity on both the battlefields and smoky backroom meetings.
UK's second concession to Portugal has now passed their congress vote and is active from daychange tomorrow.

MPP signing has been put on hold due as the gov-in-exile's foreign affairs team and other individuals crusading seem to be causing some confusion amongst other countries as to what direction the UK is taking in both the short and long term futures.
For the same reasons discussions on obtaining the Clay resource have also been terminated.

Is this ironic? There has been umpteen law proposals including tax related law proposals which affect the country's economy and revenue streams. Which despite being a elected member of Congress I was not involved in.
Any member of Congress, could have initiated a Congressional PM and infact if you had initiated and lead on a Congressional PM it might have carried more weight than the others organised by SHA.
It's hard to see the logic of playing the democracy Congress card whilst you've generally unbalanced how the eUK operates just on this solo issue. No one gave me the meta guide or shared their assumptions on how everyone wants this to work.
Going forward we could do with a PM for Members of Congress and the elected CP to discuss all manner of decisions including the use of the eUK's funds. I'm all for Congressional checks on the CP and the actions of the Dictator.

You can't complain about lack of involvement in decision making when you operate as a discriminatory group (Your preference for doing so is part of the reason there is an MTO in effect). nor would I seek to include myself in other closed groups such as parties or those that opted out like the RAF.

I operate with anyone who includes me, I have "no group". I apologised publicly for my failure to speak up regarding the segregation of Congress during Spite term. Since then I can't say any message I received from your side or their side (although it's not that black and white) has included all democratically elected members recently.
