USA - Asteria Agreement
The governments of Asteria members and the USA, in an effort to end hostilities and improve relations between all involved parties, agree to the following:
Article 1.
The parties involved in this agreement are the current Government of the USA and all member countries of Asteria (Bulgaria, Iran, Italy, Peru, Portugal, Romania and Serbia), who are represented by Asteria HQ’s diplomacy team and will, therefore, be named in the rest of the agreement as just USA and Asteria, respectively.
Article 2.
This agreement will be active for 6 months starting at the date of publishing of this article, the 22nd of May of 2020 and will stop being active at the 22nd of November of 2020.
Article 3.
On the 22nd of November of 2020, both the then USA government and then Asteria HQ will reconvene again and decide if they want to renew the agreement with or without any changes for another 6 months. Both parties hold the right not to renew it if they do not wish to do so but commit to bringing their best efforts to extend it for another 6 months.
Article 4.
The USA agrees not to undertake or participate in any hostile operation towards Asteria and Hydra or other Asteria/Hydra affiliated countries and won’t attempt to block any Asteria operations.
Asteria is not allowed to take hostile actions against the USA unless the USA actively tries to take advantage of the agreement to block Asteria operations.
Both parties express a commitment to start a long-lasting partnership and a permanent end to hostilities.
Article 5.
Both parties agree to appoint a specific team to be in charge of managing the TWs, planning for future rotations and all other issues regarding the day-to-day management.
Article 6.
The USA will keep the following core regions under their control: Washington, Idaho, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Virginia and Washington DC.
Those regions can only be occupied for strategic reasons if there’s an outside invasion or in the case of TW rotations due to an increase in determination.
All other regions are suitable for the placement of countries for Training Wars and/or for strategic reasons and will be put to use in a way that maximizes safety and profit for both parties.
Article 7.
The USA agrees to host Training Wars for the following countries: Serbia, Iran, Macedonia, Bulgaria and Romania.
Article 8.
At the request of the USA, Asteria agrees to let them maintain their current Training Wars with South Korea and Finland.
At the request of Asteria, the USA agrees to start and/or maintain Training Wars with Portugal, Poland, UAE, Moldova and RoC (Taiwan).
All other new Training Wars will be subject to the approval of both the USA and Asteria and cannot be in any case from Andes or CODE.
Article 9.
The USA has the right to choose the regions of the Training Wars and the order they are used for rotations, but Asteria can choose where to place which countries.
Article 10.
Asteria will be able to propose countries to participate in the Training Wars, but the USA retains the right to veto any country not included in Article 7 assuming there’s a valid reason for it.
Article 11.
All future TW partners in the USA are obliged to return 100% of the taxes received from the USA’s core regions on the 7th day of each month. If the amount exceeds 500k cc, then only that will be returned to the USA’s MoF team.
However, this article will only be active after the 7th of June, in order to give time for all countries to rotate to their specific regions.
Specifically, that means the first donation should be on the 7th of July, with the amount being the taxes collected from the 7th of June to the 6th of July.
Article 12.
Under the terms of this agreement, in case of an action targeting the USA core regions that wasn't previously approved, all parties must consider it as an act of aggression.
Article 13.
The USA and Canada agree to sign a 12-month Non-Aggression Pact and express commitment to support each other’s side in all further diplomatic issues.
Article 14.
If one of the parties disrespect any of these rules, the agreement will be considered void and the other party is allowed to use any hostile means deemed necessary.
Article 13 is excluded and will remain in effect for the full duration.
Article 15.
For all intents and purposes, only the English version of this agreement is valid to solve any disputes.

I dont understand what is the point of this agreement. This game is over. The whole map is under rule of Asteria and co (except only farm-based countries, like poland). The enemies of asteria leave the game or they are two-clikkers. If you want, you can conquer the whole word and maintain 15-20 TWs with Colombia, Peru, UAE or with any other country with 2-3 active players.
So, I dont understand, why you sign this humiliating agreement with usa. You can easily maintain everything what this agreement guarantee for you.
I even dont understand the part of USA. In a clearly dead game, dignity is the only one what left to players. I assume, farming is more important for american players, than dignity. Sad moment.
USA was never really interested in the international war game, for them the fun is more in the internal community interactions. We can say they have no dignity but this dignity can be interpreted only within the framework of the international war game. And as you say this game is dead, so apart from adhering to dignity there is nothing left to do, and this will hardly be satisfactory when it comes to community survival. So in my opinion we like it or not there must be shift from the war game attitude towards the USA type gameplay by filling up the game with artificial content in order to keep it playable.
Yep, as long as I have been in the eUSA the foreign policy wasn't a topic at all, except maybe to feed internal hostilities. I think that this could be due to the TO issues which eUSA had to face for so long. Most of the prominent players of eUSA came out of that period having internal issues as their ordinary routine.
When CODE occupied most of Ateria countries and dominated for months, and it wasn't so long time ago, you didn't cry that the game is over. Neither we did that, we reorganized and started playing smarter and better and now we dominate over you. So, stop crying and make an effort to confront us.
Actually also in the time of CODE domination I thought the game was dead and personally I suggested Asterian players to boycott the game. Now I sincerely hope Code players won't come back to confront you, because what is most painful is to read the BS about organization and smart strategies in a game played only by multies, botfarms and euro spending.
This game is not over just because asteria rules everything. One in the past, this game was a community game, where the active number of players were more important than mastercard and cheating. So, in my opinion, this game died when admins implemented packs and legend ranks. Now, this is only a pure pay2win game.
Now 1-2 tanks can do more damage than 400-500 average players. Communities died in almost every country. Only farming is important. Economical, political or media modul died.
And about code vs asteria: I dont see big difference between Asteria and Code leaders. Same behaviour, same goals, same arrogancy. No matter which side dominates, they try to kill the other side completely and try to humiliate the enemy, without any sign of respect.
Well, I don't know for other countries, but in Serbia, we still have an active community. Yes, many of them are almost unimportant in ground battles, but we teach them to fight in air rounds as they can get respectful rank in relatively short period.
At another side, I totally agree that all the game is turning to Farmville but it lasts for years now. And boycott only has sense if both sides agree to it. Other way, it seems just like an excuse for a defeat.
I would really like to see the worldwide organized boycott, supported by all alliances and countries. Or at least most of them from both sides. Only that way we could maybe really change some really important things. This nonsense about tokens is just that - nonsense. If admins accept all what CODE wants, nothing really important is going to change. The game will remain Farmville.

In fact one side is enough for a total boycott because if one side doesn't fight the other side will be forced to stop too. I agree that the protest against the tokens - nonsense or not - can't change the game better as it doesn't touch the deep problems but at least it is more than the nothing.
I believe from your side there is more chance for a real boycott, but to do it first you have to give up on the assumption it worth to play (or to pay) for the game in its current form.
I can't believe anyone is giving money for this crap game. I certainly am not, but I would gladly if the game was good. I am here for more than 10 years, so I play from the pure habit now.
I don't believe one side is enough for boycott. The other will just install training wars all over the world and farm till the end of the time. Yes, it's pointless, but the game is pointless today as well.
So, I don't know, only if the biggest percentage of package buyers decide to boycott the game, it could be successful. But, I don't see that they have problem with the game, they enjoy their Farmville. So, I am not optimistic at all.
If one side wins and installs training wars that doesn't mean the players will have the same interest and same spendings so anyhow admins will have to react, but we will see now that on this one-side boycott.
Since your side has an advantage in number of players, Code is the beneficiary of admins making the game P2W so it's unlikely they would boycott against it. But as you say this is unlikely even from Asterian elites because basically everyone cares only about his own character.
Our luck in the misfortune is that admin's greedy system is now so corrupt that it's even unable to fulfil its sole purpose to satisfy the top customers. I hope the problem is really big and unsolveable so the present system will die and top costumers will be gone. Without that there is no chance for this game.
I hope that there will be some solution to get back to nicer way of playing for everyone, paying and non-paying customers. Of course that paying customers have to get some advantage in their requests, but there is a way to find some satisfying balance. But, I must say that my hope isn't really big at all.
It's not big only naive, because admins are lazy and do nothing as long as they get money from the dead game.
