This article four of a four part article, meant to serve as a reference for new players.

At the end of 45 days, if you play your cards right, you can achieve all of the following:
** Level 16, with access to all the features of the game
** 20 Gold (Rewards from reaching Level 6, Level 16, Strength 5, and Working for 30 days)
** Wages in currency valued at about 5 Gold or more
** Skill 4 in your job
** Strength 5
** Rank 4 (Lieutenant) with a 180% damage multiplier (1.5 times a Private)
** (Optional) The respect and admiration of your peers

This guide will show you how to do all that and a little bit more.

What do you do now? Here are four possible career paths (you can mix and match).

(1) Join the military. Tour the world, meet exotic people, and shoot them! The military is a lot of fun, but it's a lot of work - you'll need to be very active in game and in the forums. Learn more about it on the recruiting post.
(2) Be an ePolitician. Be active in the community and your party and you'll certainly work your way up.
(3) Start a company. What else are you gonna do with all this gold? However, before you start your company, you should learn about business first. You don't want to make any of the common mistakes and end up with a worthless company (after spending your 20 gold).
(4) Be a "two-clicker". These people are boring and uninvolved in the community. They log in once a day, work, train, and maybe fight. You can be so much more than this!
