I happen again to be writing at that delightful time when the eUK can barely move for the over-saturation of the Congress Manifesto blazing forth from such lofty established papers, and some even taken from the book of all knowledge.

I thought, perhaps this month, we could try and emulate the example of our far-flung brother (close in relation, far in proximity), the beautiful Horice, and have a month of pure unadulterated silliness. My friend and colleague Alice are getting down to this, and I've personally loved personally donating the prizes, to "people" people, not people persons, although personally, perpetually perspiring pedantically appears to impersonally piss everyone off.
