How much limbo can we handle in this war?

According to our most reliable of diplomatic sources, eIndo's President and several executive members in their government have been inactive as of late. As further detailed by Ariel here (who by the way is the most amazing diplomat EVAR....), the eIndo Congress is trying to maintain activity and then proceed to do some shenanigans elsewhere in the world. Over the course of this Natural Enemy fight, the ePhilippines will be wiped for some time (to clear the NE proposal), and then we shall Resistance War the regions back to us again. Of course, we have to deal with our country being wiped for a short period of time, but the good news is that we keep all of our regions. I personally hold the eIndo diplomats up to that standard to keep said promise, but as of now they are concerned internally with a couple of problems. On another note, we are printing money to spend on the RW, so Congress has started a vote on such. I encourage all the Congressmen to go out and vote here!

It may seem as though we have dangerous tides ahead, but I can assure everyone in the ePhilippines that regardless of this murky scenario, we shall come forth with more experience, more fun, and a nation still unified under our flag.



Now to a matter of personal grievance. Over the past few days I have been dealing with several tumultuous experiences with my extended family, not to mention the most painful as the departure of my late grandfather. Some of the major things I hoped to accomplish last week have been tabled, most likely indefinitely, and for the rest of my term it will primarily consist of me tying up the loose ends, publishing another article, and maybe getting through a policy or two.

I feel as though I need to issue an apology to the ePH people for placing their trust in my activity and dedication this term, only to find that the past few days I have let a good deal of them hanging on a thread. I am sorry for doing so.

With everything that is happening in RL and beyond, I was prepared to write a very long article about my lack of political prowess next May. But Hekter, given his telekinetic powers of awesomeness, has already stated his campaign goals for next month as President, raising some speculation as to weather or not I will seek another term running against him.

So, to be clear, and to follow the mantra of a RL president who did a similar thing:

I do not choose to run for president in May 2011

-Sigurd rightfully brought up the lack of any sort of interior ministry in ePH. Hopefully if the NE with eIndo is finished before the election, I shall look into setting up a ministry to write English/Tagalog articles, conduct a census, start cultural activity, sponsor a lottery (possibly), and of course...spur merriment.
