[UKPP] Thank You

Day 1,763, 17:58 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Sir Nick Griffin

Fellow Members,

Thank You kindly for placing your support with me in the Party Presidential Elections. Sadly, and quite possibly to the detriment of the Party, I lost the election.

The votes were as follows:

Dannyboy - 44
Sir Nick Griffin - 42

An Account of Election Day

During most of the day, I was ahead of Dannyboy in votes... strangely, this trend suddenly shifted and Dannyboy managed to stay 1 vote ahead for most of the night. Every vote I gained, Dannyboy strangely got another. This continued all night; well past 3am.

A Story of Corruption and Take Over

During the evening, I was alerted to the fact that certain TUP eejits had hijacked the election and were asking TUP members to jump party and vote for Dannyboy. This was evident throughout the day in shoutboxes, but also from my informants within the TUP.

During this time, I was rather annoyed that this election was becoming another farce... I hold no blame on Dannyboy, but on outsiders and political nobodies and possibly certain cohorts that linger in Danny's shadow. Dannyboy has been nothing but decent to me since we first spoke. Anyway, at about 2am I decided I had had enough, therefore I messaged a few people who were online and asked them for their vote... I offered 1 Gold in return... I had 1 person accept the offer.

Another myth that had emerged during the elections is that I was trying to buy votes for 400GBP each... this is nonsense. I was running a recruitment campaign on the night of the election and offered 400GBP as a gift to all new members.

Getting back to the story - the TUP were without a doubt involved in the fixing of the election. If you want some idea of how many people were involved, check out the elections page (Party President elections) for the last 2 months. You'll find that last months elections had 73 total voters, whereas this month 102 members voted... that's an increase of nearly 30 people, who, as far as I can tell, have miraculously appeared in our party and then vanished into thin air.

I do not appreciate outside influences in UKPP elections.

Finally

I would like to thank everyone who voted for me, I haven't been as active as I'd like to have been but I certainly still put effort into the Party and have been watching its progress over the past few months. There needs to be a conference, there needs to be a solid manifesto, we need to work out what we stand for. And in the meanwhile, we shouldn't sell out to anyone. Not TUP, Not ESO, Not UKRP... no one. We have always made our own way, our own decisions, our own policies, and we don't take sh** from anyone.

Good Luck, Danny.

Best Regards,
~ Sir Nick
