TERRA's fate

Day 1,671, 09:25 Published in Russia Japan by Principe Alessandro

Greetings citizens.
In this article I’m going to express my opinion about the debate in the US which was caused by the departure of Brazil from TERRA alliance. I hope that Russian citizens won’t mind if I write in English but if somebody wants to translate the article feel free to send a PM to me.

Anyway lets start from the debate itself which was well summarized by the WHPR's article.

In this debate we should focus not about the position toward TERRA but what is the aim behind the opinion expressed by the debaters.

Glove’s opinion simply is that TERRA should be dismantled but frankly hasn’t presented any kind of insight for the future, basically he says that everything should be fine and let’s see what brings the future.

RizonPT’s opinion presents the perspective of a new alliance with USA, Argentina, Brazil, Spain, China, Poland and Croatia which was already discussed by the Spanish-Brazilian officials as shown by Siddy’s logs.

And lastly we have Stevens’ opinion, the US President in charge, who has expressed the desire to maintain the alliance and work in order to fix the problems which has affected TERRA.

RizonPT’s has presented a clear objective but this means that eUS will have to throw under the bus many of its allies and it is unlikely that Croatia will leave EDEN.

Stevens’ opinion is the one that has the most solid base for looking to the future. The departure of Brazil from the alliance has caused a hard blow to TERRA, but despite this for the strategic interests of the US supporting TERRA is the best choice. The strategic value of TERRA lies in the fact that the US’ allies are placed in strategic spots and they act like a sort of shield of the US core regions and their colonies in France and Spain, for this reason the US has full bonuses and a thriving economy that benefits also EDEN MU’s companies relocated there.

Despite all the weak excuses the Brazilians have presented to justify their leaving TERRA in reality the Brazilians are looking to build a new alliance, as shown by Siddy’s logs. If US dismantles TERRA the diplomatic weight toward the former allies will disappear, whom they will follow their own path. Especially Russia will have to protect itself from Ukraine and Turkey and for this aligning with ONE. For US this means another front when the European front is already troubled with France near to be deleted and the colonies threatened by Poland.
Does the US really need to change the course of its foreign policy? I don’t see any strategic convenience for the US to dismantle TERRA.

Thanks for reading and have a nice day
