Thailand (among other nations) is invading our beloved United States, and I decided to blow my load on the defense of my native Texas.
I took a 2 year leave from eRepublik so I'm still Division III and have the same strength levels as those who have only been playing for a year (though it's still much more than Ajay Bruno/RGR because he's been banned so many times).
This means that "my load" amounts to 9,293,041 damage points... but I nonetheless decided to blow it all on unsuccessfully defending the Lone Star State from invasive forces from across the Pacific.
Needless to say, it was a very personal decision.
With that in mind, what has Ajay Bruno/Ronald Gipper Reagan ever ACTUALLY done for this country?
He consults with enemy Serbs for migrated power... getting his bribed followers into Congress to illegally give Serbians citizenship so that they will further fuel his attempts at winning the presidency.
But, he will never win the presidency. Ajay Bruno will never be president.
He unabashedly worships a traitorous flag (conveniently placed behind him in the above photo taken from his own campaign for the presidency). He is a traitor who has never ACTUALLY done anything for this country, and he never will.
I look forward to his continued demise, and you should too; because it goes hand in hand with the progress of America.

Winning the presidency is a side issue. The main thing is to get attention in an environment where people can't ignore him and his manifest mental illness. This game is perfect for Ajay. Any other game people would shun, or admins would permban, him, but that can't effectively be done here. He'll never stop doing this unless better meds come along -- and even then, he just won't take them. In addition to his blatant sociopathy, he's got narcissistic personality disorder. He'll be here until the end -- he has no choice in the matter, any more than a drunk could walk away from a free bottle of scotch. Any plans to deal with him have to start from that premise.

Norbengo might be right about the right of a Congress member to choose who gets citizenship. Plato said this explicitly when the citizenship module came in. He also said that the numbers would make it difficult to manage an effective PTO that way, even in big countries. That may or may not be true but more direct ways are normally employed by people wanting to steal the country.
No forum can tell me how to function if I were in Congress. However, stop right there!
Anyone who gives citizenship to an enemy is no friend of the eUS. You should be giving it to allies and friends of the country. It also makes sense to check out an applicant whom you don't know. What is wrong with asking the DHS or IES people for advice? It is your call in the end but if you bring in enemies, I sure won't ever be voting for you or your buddies.
I know that you won't give a toss about what I say here but I am still saying it for the record, as well as to remind loyal Americans where things stand.
