{RSU} Congress Update Day 3,208

Hello eAustralia,

Hello to all our dear readers and members. Well it is Day 3,208 and that means it has been 5 Days since our last update to those who voted for the RSU to represent them in the eAustralian congress. I would like to remind our dear readers, that some things have been left out due to state security, how ever rest assured that nothing untoward is happening.


CP Elections

Currently eAustralia is having it's CP elections. I will not go into it that much here, as the RSU is covering it in our special election edition newspaper which can be foun😛 Here. We at the RSU which all the candidates the best in the election and no matter who wins, we hope that all parties can work together for the betterment of eAustralia.


Congress Happenings


While I am limited to go into detail about congress happenings, I will try and touch on a few points.

MPP: We have renewed many MPPs during these past 5 days. Japan MPP was renewed with great vigour, with 20 Yes votes to 8 No votes. Japan has been a long term friend of eAustralia and also a fellow NEBULA partner.

We also re-signed the USA MPP. This was broken due to the USA helping Japan (a friend of a friend clause) kick out the Spanish invaders. This law was also passed well in favour with 23 Yes votes to 3 No votes.

DoF and Money Markets: During the past 5 days, the honourable congress member for the RSU T.A.X.S.I.R.A wrote an article discussing the different tax idea's and strategies. Following this article, he proposed a change in the Work Tax, which was passed all be it closely with 19 Yes votes to 11 No votes.

Currently the honourable congress member for the ADP gudzwabofer has proposed the transfer of 50,000 cc into eAustralia's RBA. This law is currently under vote here. Our CP has asked for the people to Vote No to this law, due to the fact it will effect the funding of our next 4 MPPs that come up for renewal:

4 MPPs = 40k
Rough Daily income = 3k
9 Days for the 4 MPPs = 27k
40k - 27k = 13k short fall
